   I was introduced to Barber Barber by my brother a couple of years ago, who himself is a regular customer at the Liverpool Salon. He gave me a voucher for my birthday and said ‘Give them a try, you’ll love it!’ He wasn’t wrong. I have a buzz cut every two/three weeks, and occasionally have the beard sculpt which is fantastic, and a great way to relax. Visiting Barber Barber is more than just a hair cut. It’s chatting to my barber Rory and the other gents, it’s the bottle of bud and listening to the cool tunes. It’s just a great way to relax for half an hour. I’d highly recommend it!

   At first look i know this place is going to be expensive but i didn’t mind as it was the closest barber to our hotel and i was desperate to get my hair done. The guy who cut my hair sounded really sarcastic and was acting like he is the best barber in the world but he is not. He asked me what hairstyle I wanted, i showed him a video as i do not know what this hairstyle is called the then he said “i don’t need a video, i know how to do that(fade).” Dude i wasn’t showing you how to do the fade, i was showing you what it would look like in the end but the fade you did was awful and unequal and it wasn’t even similar to what i have shown you because you clearly don’t know how to do it! He wanted a photo so i searched it on google, he then asked if i want my hair to look exactly like the photo i showed him. I was like, no it cant be similar to that as i have a different hairstyle. I am showing you that photo as a reference only. This is the only barber that i met who talk that way whereas when he was with the guy before me he was chatty and nice. Normally if you show them a photo or video of what hairstyle you want they automatically know what to do. This guy be asking me “do you want it to look exactly like that?” What kind of question is that? Lol I give it 2 stars for the attitude and because in the end it looked alright, my wife liked it and it is a new hairstyle for me. It would have been nicer if he got the fade right. I would also like to say hi to a fellow pinoy who work there, i understand you were busy but i wish it was you who cut my hair.

   Waste of £32. Asked for a very low skin fade/taper fade and was given a high fade. Showed the barber a picture and looks nothing like it. My hair was also cute unevenly. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.
