   What a absolute pleasure to do business with, we bought a 3 seater sofa and a chair from them, the whole prosses from start to finish went like clockwork, everything was explained in detail at the time of putting in our order. They even loaned us a temporary suite (free of charge) while our was been manufactured, the delivery guys took great care on delivery and made sure we were happy with everything before they went. I would highly recommend this company for the following reasons, no pushy sales men, knowledge about the items you purchase, true to their word, very friendly / warm staff you deal with, very good prices, total respect for you property on delivery /collection, very easy to deal with. A lot more shops could take a leaf out of this company's books, a pleasure to do business with. Would give more than 5 stars if I we allowed Thank you

   Excellent service, purchased a 3&2 settee set from them recently. Phillip handled all our questions with warmth and knowledge. Had an issue with the settee following delivery and they came straight out to resolve and help us in a very professional and friendly manner. Would highly recommend for advice and purchasing from.

   Absolutely top notch service. Even during their own difficulties with flooding, they assisted me to order on line and arrange direct delivery.    My wife and I have been customers of TFF for many years now and have always found them to be very well stocked and helpful. (Once, when we asked for a sixteen seat dining table and chairs, we were told they didn't do such a thing!! so had to 'compromise' with two tables (8 seat and 12 seat) that turned out to be exactly what we actually required!!! We have never found a more obliging and helpful Company.) They have just helped us re-design our bedroom, supplying all the wardrobes and storage, and once again have come up trumps.    Turveys Fine Furniture is one of those rare stores which actually have time and patience for the customer. On first arrival at the store I was greeted by Phillip, friendly, chatty and I no way pushy. I was left to browse the store in peace without feeling the weight of a shop sale person following me around like a lap dog. When I finally made my choice I was given a multitude of of swatches to choose which material I wanted my sofa finished in. Again I was left to choose in peace and in my own time but Phillip was there to offer his knowledge when needed. I made my choice, paid the deposit and Phillip got it ordered. They say that good things come to those who wait which couldn’t be more true. 18 ish weeks later I received a phone call from Phillip today my sofa was ready for delivery and we sorted out a date that was best for me. On the day a small lorry arrived with Turveys Fine Furniture pulled up outside my home. I was excited . Two men delivered my sofa They were professional in every way and knew what they were doing when it came to putting the sofa together. Now comes the part which you’ve been waiting 18 ish weeks for , finally sitting on your new sofa. Wow is the only word that came out of my mouth. Solid, well built and so comfortable. This is what Fine Furniture means. The leather is tough be soft and reclining motors are one of the smoothest I’ve sampled. I honestly couldn’t be happier I know this review is long but Turveys deserve it. Granted they might not be the cheapest in town but if you want the best from service to product then your money will be very well spent. Thank you to Phillip and the Turveys family for outstanding service.

   Couldn't be more delighted with Turveys for providing me with a sofa that's as eccentric as I am ! Top quality with a 15 year structural guarantee, delivered and set up. A pleasure to buy anything at Turveys....no pestering, just a pleasant experience all round. Phil is a diamond bloke. Absolutely chuffed to bits! Highly recommend!!!!
