   Good service from start to finish. Blower motor stopped working on my Renault trafic. Gave RSR a ring and Paul said bring it over and we will sort it out. At short notice was booked in for replacement. It took more time than I expected but Paul satisfactorily explained the reason why. Reasonable price as well. Will definitely be back and recommend. The whole team is full of positive energy.

   Since the new ownership, they failed my MOT and told me i need new back disk brakes, fair enough. Went to another garage today, and they said they changed the wrong disk brakes, so i am having to pay another £300 for the ones that should have been changed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

   Our business van was showing battery light..got it done from this place but next day on 1 may it showed same problem i paid for.. i again took it there I don’t know what they did but my van is not working at all. Manager was really rude to me they totally denied to check my van..i had to bear business loss because of them. I called them today also but instead of giving me solution manager stated arguing with me. If i paid for particular problem but its still showing same problem whom i supposed to ask then?? Why should i pay again and again for same problem?? Even Manager should learn some manners how to deal with customers.. he has really rude behaviour. I hope owner see this review..

   I can’t even put into words how amazing RSR are, these guys are magicians!! My cars been here a few times for multiple things and every time I’ve been explained in great detail what the issue is, what causes it and why it would occur. Their technicians are extremely skilful and knowledgeable. Having been rejected from multiple garages to do my DSG gearbox repair, RSR sorted it and it’s been flawless! They’ve got all the software and tools to do the job on any car! They are very well reasonably priced and it’s always transparent on how they calculate it - you’re never getting ripped off. Their after care service is brilliant too! 10/10 I’d recommend as they are my go to garage!

   Very Rude , uncooperative guy .My wife got frightened to speak to him after initial convsersations with the person, thats how rude and arrogant he was. We saw a dent on my car , this was after the car came out of the garage, we gave it for MOT and he denied about the dent ,my wife asked them to show Camera , did not bother about answering her questions. Such rude behavior , Unethical guy , please avoid such people. My wife felt really bad with the behaviour shown on the shop

   What can I say, so glad I found these guys, honest, professional, polite and a great price. I had an engine check management light, they told me it would be £36 for engine diagnostics check which also includes 30 mins to find the fault. If you go with them to fix the fault, they take the diagnostic fee of the final price. Had already spent £80 for someone to just plug in a computer and print out some codes, and spend a day trying to fix the issue which they didn't find but charged a small fortune. Paul managed to find the fault which was a split vacuum line. I got video recording explain the fault and how they fixed it and total repair was under £100. I got speaking to Paul and found out he is one of those mechanics who's love of cars started from a young age, and he told me he treats every repair as a challenge which he aims to resolve as quickly as possible. He is a Mercedes and BMW specialist. The day I went to his garage there was a Bentley and a Mercedes, but along side these performance cars he had an old Ford Focus. These guys work on anything. I can't recommended them enough, I don't normally write reviews and know this is long one, but finally finding a mechanic I can trust and recommended is one of those things I think as a car guy myself was something I was missing. Seeing some of the 1 stars makes me think these are not genuine reviews or they did not get something there way. In my opinion these guys give 5 star service. Also you get a 6 month workmanship warranty and they buy part which come with 12 months.

   These guys were brilliant, managed to fit me in for an MOT the same day, arranged tyres for me the same day when the car failed the MOT for bad tyres, managed to get the wheels off when BMW messed me around with the locking keys. Will be returning.

   Not good experience at all. Not at all friendly. Increased the work once they got the car . And now another issue on the car 2 days after I got it back. They would hang up the phone if you ask questions about what work they are doing on your car. Was first and last time I went there.
