   Hi guys! Please avoid this garage at all costs. They definitely don’t know what they’re doing. They have destroyed my basically new Mercedes car which has only done 37000 mileage. I spent over £700 for a service and parts such as cabin filter,diesel filter,break pads basically whatever they asked me to replace I got replaced. I bought this car at the end of Feb 25. It has never gave me any problems, this is the first service i have gotten done and within 90 miles of driving it after the service im needing a new engine. Please don’t trust these guys with your vehicle especially if your work relies on your vehicle.If any thing goes wrong they gonna ask you to speak to their area manager who is really rude and an unprofessional guy. Most of their mechanics are young guys who just finished college and need proper supervision with their work. So please save your time and money. I have lost my job and spent most of my savings on the car.

   I’d like to thank Vincent, the manager, for his excellent help today. I had an emergency with my car battery, and at first, an employee told me they couldn’t assist. But when Vincent came and asked about my problem, he personally made sure the battery was replaced and the issue was solved. I was very happy with his attention and support. Great customer service!

   Excellent service from Kwik Fit Romford! Adam went out of his way to fit my Motability car in on a really busy day and replaced both front tyres quickly and professionally. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommended!

   I recently had a combined Service and MOT performed at this Kwik Fit branch. Overall, the quality of the work carried out was excellent. My car was handled well, and the work done was clearly competent and thorough—a great job from the mechanics. A special mention must go to the team member on reception (who was fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and made the drop-off and collection process very smooth. I left feeling happy and confident in the work done. However, my one area of concern is the pricing. While I was satisfied with the quality of the service, the final bill felt overpriced and was significantly higher than what I had anticipated or budgeted for. In summary: Five stars for the staff and the quality of the work; one less star for the unexpectedly high cost. Great people, great work, but the pricing needs to be more competitive.

   Excellent service from start to finish. We arrived at our scheduled time and our car was taken straight in for its MOT — no waiting around. It was completed within the hour, just as promised. Ryan and Jack, who looked after us, were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The online booking process was simple and convenient. I would highly recommend this service.

   As part of my order I requested, free brake check, free battery check and wheel alignment. None of this was completed on the day, with the following excuses. Brake check, oh we didn’t know that was requested Battery check, oh it’s gone 5pm we haven’t got time for that Wheel alignment, oh we need a specialist to do this as our guys can’t do this. It also took over 1 hour to change and balance 4 tyres.

   I was dealt with by Stan at the Romford Branch, I should say Stan the Man! I had an issue with my tyres and was an absolute wreak. Stan was absolutely amazing in dealing with my car. He calmly talked me through the process I felt completely reassured. Outstanding customer service. Despite it being a very busy Monday everyone including Stan was very welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be my go to branch from now on!

   I googled an auto repair near me and chose this place for its good reviews. The service was great!! The supervisor Dylan was straight forward on the cost and time frame for the work. True to his word, the repairs were done in time and the cost was exactly what he quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around.
