   I went to get my hair and beard done. Wasn't perfect, but got the job done last time. As it was my first time here, I could overlook the mistakes. Today they did no barbers ever did in the past 15 years since I started growing a beard. Asked to shorten my beard from the side obviously, but cut off my entire beard. Even rookies don't make such mistakes. Never again, you're blacklisted. Worst barber ever!

   I have always been a bit old school when it came to a hair cut, even with my limited hair these days I always thought that anything more than a tenner for a haircut was robbery! Well today I decided to visit I&B and get myself a haircut and a tidy up of my beard. The guy looking after me must have thought I was daft, he asked if I wanted my beard finishing with the cut throat razor or just with a clipper, he asked me if i wanted a tapered or a squared neck, and in both instances I just said "whatever makes you happy and whatever looks the best!" He chuckled at these answers. The end result was amazing. Full care, razor trim edging of my beard, eyebrows done, ear hair singed away, hot towel and some skin treatment afterwards, and I left feeling like a different man. Truly amazing. Could not be happier. Thank you. I am converted and you will be my monthly treat.

   Great haircuts all the time, very welcome to myself and my daughter when she comes with me. They take there time and do a quality and precise haircut, walk out feeling fresh and brand new, highly recommended and the best barbers by far not just in Bootle but Liverpool!

   Excellent service we moved to stockport but drive a 80 mile round trip to come here the service we get is 200% and staff are amazing with our little boy who is 6 and I even have my hair cut here x
