What a stunning display of fragility from the "barber" here. My presence as a woman with short hair so threatened his delicate worldview that he had to hide behind a "men-only" policy rather than just do the simple job he claims to be qualified for. I have short hair and asked explicitly for a MEN'S haircut. I was not asking for a "women's style." I was asking for the EXACT SAME SERVICE he gives to men. And he refused. Because I'm a woman. This isn't a policy; it's illegal discrimination. It's 2025, and this kind of vile, sexist behavior is unacceptable. He doesn't get to take my money because of what's between my legs? What an absolute disgrace of a business. I am disgusted. Stay far, far away. Let this sexist hole-in-the-wall go out of business where it belongs. Edited to add - I went to J and B barbers down the road and they cut my hair with absolutely no issues! Definitely recommend them over these terrible barbers!
