   The owner/guy in charge kindly waived the full diagnostic charge after finding out, within less than 5 minutes, that my 'check engine' light was triggered by something insignificant rather than there being an actual fault with my car. I was grateful, especially given that car servicing costs are sky high and I got their help for free. Thanks a lot.

   I used this branch of Halfords to service and MOT one of our Dacia after many years of using the main dealer. I was very happy with the service and will certainly return again. I was also emailed a report which was very helpful and easy to read. I’ll certainly be returning next year with our other Dacia when its service is due! Finally a big shout out to ‘Rich’ who was very helpful, friendly and nice to deal with ! :-)

   THE WORST GARAGE EVER DO NOT GO - I was told I was getting a full refund by the Worker named Shup, have a video recording of him saying that he will issue a full refund that all I need to do is contact customer service - this is back in October - still to this day no refund of nearly £400 and told the case is closed after being promised by multiple workers that I would get a full refund. Have to now contact the area manager, Paul Pinder, who has apparently closed the case, well I Will be posting this over social media, they took advantage as I am a young female - disgusting place.

   Pathetic customer compassion. I took my car for puncture repair and they returned me saying it’s alright on the day and I was asked to return if there’s is any sign again 4 days later and on the day before of my daughter’s birthday car gave puncture sign again. I called them up to check the car on urgent basis. And I was told that they are Too busy. Why was that not addressed on the day 1. Highly unacceptable customer service.

   Great service, friendly staff. Took my car for an mot which it unfortunately failed first time. But after getting the tyre sorted elsewhere as they didn’t have one in stock, they went above and beyond to fit me in to have the mot completed and passed. Will definitely come back.

   Never recommend!!!! I did the appointment for Wheel Alignment and tire check. I live my car around 11:20 AM for tire service. After 5 PM I pick up my car. I ask if they did a good service to fix the issues. The next day I have an appointment with Merityre Specialists auto car service, after checking my car they inform me about the wheel Alignment wasn't done. Does this mean the Halfor auto service just took the money and didn't fix the problem? The head of Locking Alloy Wheel Nuts Bolts was chipped and scratched. I am not happy at well about this service. Just for Wheel Alignment, they hold the whole day in my car. This service can do just a maxim 20 min on another auto service.
