   I had a full service and MOT on my 2007 Ford Focus (low mileage). My car passed the MOT but I was shocked to receive a list of jobs (and extortionate prices) which would be ''recommended by manufacturer': spark plugs £165.93 Air conditioner service & filter: £164 Front windscreen wipers: £50 Front brake discs and pads: £365 (Halfords online price £263 for my make and model) I decided to price around for brake pads and discs and got them done for £210 elsewhere. You have been warned, BE WARY!

   Pls don’t go to this garage if u still want ur vehicle in tacked it goes in perfect comes out the opposite they are all amateurs.I took my van in to Halfords auto Laleham road Staines to replace the glow plugs but they broke one which I agreed to pay the charge to get it removed but then they refused to do anymore work on the van and said it’s not are problem go to another garage after they told me they would sort it for me. Then they had the coolant so full up u could fit no more in how dangerous that is they no it should only be filled up half way not to the lid Plus had my vehicle serviced don’t even get me started on this. As this was another disaster. They were so rude and disrespectful . I would not recommend this garage I will never be going here again. .
