   I bought four new tyres in May with no issues on the old tyres, once they were fitted one kept going down but I couldn't access it as the rims hadn't been fitted properly so I couldn't access the valve to re-inflate. I took it back to the same branch and they changed the rims but still I had the same problem. Finally I was able to take the car back to be looked at and the fixed the problem but work was carried out without being told there was an issue. When they called my name I was told the problem was 'because the lacker on the wheel had deteriorated' and I was charged another £35 on top of the £415 I had already paid for new tyres. I feel like I have been ripped off!

   Danny and his team literally saved the day as I suffered a punctured tyre on my way to Devon. Three dogs, a husband and a tonne of luggage in the car. An hour before closing, they pulled out all the stops and fitted two new tyres and had me on my way in no time. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Highly recommend.

   Excellent, efficient advice and service received this weekend. Popped a tyre Saturday evening, called to ensure they had a suitable replacement, took the wheel in first thing Sunday and it was sorted with optimal efficiency and at a reasonable price.

   Kwik Fit does not live up to its name! A few days ago, I went there for an MOT, and for a very minor issue – a light bulb and a floor mat, something any child could replace – they chose not to fix it and instead gave me a Fail! This shows a complete lack of professionalism. I don’t blame the young kids working there, who don’t even seem to be 18 yet – that’s not my concern – I’m talking about the arrogant management. While I was waiting, an elegantly dressed elderly lady came in, smiling politely. I couldn’t hear the full conversation from where I was sitting, but I could clearly see on her face the moment she was struck by the same arrogance and likely the same kind of unpleasant surprise I experienced. On top of that, I had to pay again for the retest – another £25 – which really felt like part of a scheme. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this place! ★☆☆☆☆

   Took 2 hours to fit 2 tires and they ended up being fitted and balanced incorrectly, causing damage to one of the tyres. I had to escalate my complaint with head office for a refund and had to deal with argumentative staff which further added to my frustration and disappointment. Would NEVER use Kwik Fit again

   The worst garage I’ve ever seen. I booked appointment for 10:30 and when I turned up they kept putting in different cars that arrived after me.. At the end i had to give up and go somewhere else after wasting 1:30h of my time..Absolutely joke don’t bother wasting your time there

   I took my car in to have a free tyre check. My car was seen quickly, and I needed two new tyres, which were completed in less than an hour and at a great price. I will definitely be returning for any future work that may be needed. Thank you!

   Popped in for some help on my tyres. Was shown 4 bald ones. I thought I had a flat. Oops. I was in the right place at the right time.    Had issues with battery not charging. Popped in on a Sunday to get it checked. Chap in charge was very friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do much, but tested things and gave advice, at no cost! I was happy with the friendly service there.

   went in for an MOT the faults were explained to me with no pressure to have done on site I repaired them myself and they kindly fitted me if i left it with them for a retest for the following day after i applied even though they were fully booked and even then corrected badly seated headlight bulb to ensure a pass at no extra cost. friendly and helpful staff at Brentwood depot
