The team were everything you’d hope for in a garage: honest, reliable, and completely transparent.    Avoid at all costs – dishonest and untrustworthy Absolute crooks. My car was picked up in October last year due to a faulty water pump. After waiting around all day, I was told the pump they fitted was defective and they were replacing it with a newer, more expensive one. Fast forward four months – the car started leaking again, so I had it checked by another mechanic. I was shocked to find out the water pump had never been replaced. Instead, they’d attempted a shoddy, temporary repair. When I went back to confront them, they gave me every excuse in the book – including claiming the business had changed ownership in August and it couldn’t have been their fault, despite the “repair” being done in October. Blatant dishonesty, zero accountability, and terrible workmanship. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

   Needed Oil sump gasket replacement for my E39, this shop quoted me the lowest, turns out the job was looking to be longer than expected so they quoted me similar to other places, halfway through the job I was told they couldn't complete as they didn't have the engine support beam, was a little bit frustrated but grateful for Javins honesty. Shop has great communication and honesty, would recommend even though job was incomplete.

   Wow! It's been a while I have received such amazing service from a vehicle repair/maintenance provider. The staff were very polite and professional. MOT, Servicing and additional checks were done to the highest standards. I was offered coffee and croissant whilst waiting for my car to be attended to.
