    Avoid avoid They changed my wind screen did not screw the wiper bolt properly, which in heavy rain went flying off on a busy A1 road they then refused to compensate - would never had this issue if they had screws it properly. Wipers don’t go flying off other own. Taking it further but save yourself the hassle, avoid. Rushed job.

    Excellent staff and no-hassle repairs! Had to get my windscreen replaced and Liam was simply excellent! From receiving the car, to communicating everything and then recalibrating the car in the end! Top notch service. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

    UPDATE: After speaking with management, I have to say I am happy with the outcome as they are willing to replace the part that the technician may have broken, it's ashame the whole company got this review due to one individual. I do appreciate the call from the area manager Patrick and his supervisor Corinna regarding the racism towards me from the technician and am happy the issue has been rectified. Even though I have given the review one star, this was based on the initial meeting with the first technician, I firmly believe others within the business are good, honest and genuine people who do good work, just ashame I had to deal with the bad. Hello, had a windscreen appointment booked in. Absolutely shocking service. After they completed my windcreen replacement, I noticed the next day a clip broken on my trim resulting in it not being flush with the rest of the trim. I went back to them the next day and he said to me that this is how the car was given to us, absolute lies and ill prove it further as my dash cam picked up his convo with his colleague saying "it was not like this when it left and he must of broken it putting the jewellery back on", so one minute the car was like that when it left and then the next is I broke it. He messed up and shifting the blame to me. I have video proof plus on the video for no apparent reason the technician (pictured) was being racist towards me. Absolute rubbish service and customer service, you broke something, replace it.

    Got my windscreen replaced today (11-3-23). The service was excellent. My technician Najib was brilliant and had the work finished within about an hour. The only gripe I had was the fact that I was supposed to get the work done at the Romford branch, but the replacement windscreen was delivered to Harlow.

    Just had my windscreen replaced on my (21 plate) BMW 2 Series, I’m very OCD and particulate about my car. Was greeted by Harry who was super polite and very friendly and then I knew my car was in safe hands before they’re touched it. They’re done such an amazing job and made sure it’s a genuine BMW windscreen and looks exactly how it left the factory. Absolute 10/10 service thank you guys.

    Good customer service but unfortunately thats where the good ends. The first technician fitted a faulty windscreen, breaking my rain sensor in the process, this got diagnosed and new windscreen had to be fitted again and a replacement rain sensor ordered and installed at a later date. This is all good service so far, and mistakes happen, however what really disappointed me was that I have had 3 different technicians work on my car and not one of them has showed good quality of work. The second time the windscreen got fitted there was windscreen adhesive running onto the A pillar trim, which I’m told is normal although this wasn’t the case with the first windscreen nor does it come this way from factory. They have agreed to cut this off but even after this it’s clearly visible and my trim is now glued to the windscreen, this trim also houses an airbag which could possibly affect it deploying correctly. In all instances after the job was finished the dashboard had dirt and dried out/ old silicone on it, finger prints on the rear view mirror, there were silicone smudge marks on parts of the bonnet. It’s not a good sign when a customer has to clean up after the job. Mixed feelings about this one as the lads were really nice but it all comes down to having a good job done and there needs to be improvement, so disappointed overall. Given the choice I would not use this company again.
