Absolutely butchered my hair. I went in with a clear request: I have a top knot, wanted a skin fade, and specifically asked them not to touch the top. Instead, they hacked off around 40% of the top back section of my hair, completely ruining the style. I even showed them a reference photo, and they had a poster on their own wall with the exact look I wanted. Everything seemed fine until they took the clippers to the back and destroyed it. The result? I walked out looking like a badly-rendered GTA character, hair that doesn’t even look like it belongs on my head. Save yourself the time, money, and embarrassment. Do not go here if you value your hair.
