   Ruth is an incredible host. The best experience I’ve had staying anywhere! Stayed a group of 4 of us as we were at the Commonwealth Games watching. Each night our beds were made, clean bedding. Room was spotless. Fresh bottles of water and biscuits. Clean towels. Good comfy pillows. Our en suite was spotless! I really wasn’t expecting what Ruth had done for us, and we were all really touched by her hospitality. Breakfast everyday was great, lots on offer. Such good value for money. If anything it should cost more for what she does, she goes above and beyond to ensure your stay at the cottage is a worthy visit. I can’t compliment the place enough, from start to finish. I highly highly recommend this place. Once you met her you will quickly realize what I’m talking about

   Arrived late afternoon and was welcomed in by Ruth he gave us a professional tour around the building and our room. The decor was lovely not dated at all and the facilities were fabulous. Extra touches like being provided a hair dryer, ironing board and a stand for packinh suitcases on really made a difference. Everything was superbly clean and things like bed sheets the carpet and even toilet paper had a quality feel to it. A full English breakfast was provided in the morning along with toast coffee and fruit juice. Everything was well cooked and really tasty. At a very reasonable price for the room I am blown away buy my stay at rose Cottage. The location and amenities in the area made for a excellent stay. I will definitely be staying at rose cottage bed and breakfast again.

   Good value B&B, the owner is very friendly. Bed was comfortable, clean towels every day which I don't expect in a B&B. Good breakfast with cereal, fruit and yoghurt and cooked breakfast as well. Convenient location, plenty of parking. Only downside was that the room was a bit too warm for me, but others would find it perfect!

   Beautifully clean room with everything you need. Really flexible and easy stay. Accidently slept over our alarm and missed breakfast and Ruth offered to cook it for us on check out! She is so warm and friendly and provides a lovely place to stay! Thank you Ruth.
