   I've always found going to a new barbers really nerve-wracking, but I had a great experience at Mannerhaus. Dave did a great job and was a good laugh, nothing worse than sitting in silence at the barbers in my opinion! I'll definitely be coming back

   Nice salon, friendly staff but each time I went it felt like I was being rushed, sometimes only given 25 mins for a hair cut. Hair cut not the worst but not the best either. I think a lot of barbers nowadays are great when it is a simple fade one size fits all type haircut but not so great when a different approach is needed.

   Fantastic Barbers, great bunch of guys who work here. Always feel super welcome and they all provide a great service. Dillon has been my barber for a while now and always does and amazing job. Couldn't recommend more.

   The owner of this business Ian Holt is a very sly sneaky man. I’ve had numerous letters from Nest pension stating they haven’t received any payments for my pension and HMRC stating I haven’t paid any tax but both have been deducted from each payslip I received so clearly he just keeps all that money for himself. When staff text him and explain the situation he just blocks them on everything. If your looking for a new barbers I wouldn’t give your money to this con man.

   First time I have been to this barbers today and the barber I had, Dylan, was really friendly and professional and I've walked out with an excellent hair cut. Really happy with everything and will be coming back again.

   I have been going here regularly for a number of years now and have never had a bad cut. The team are really friendly and have good sense of humour. I've had a number of different barbers as my regular one has changed but all have been excellent. While this shop is solely a barbers, Ahead also have salons for women in Heswall and Bebington. I highly recommend them for a decent haircut and good service.

   Sadly, a really bad experience twice in a row, safe to say I will not be going again. Be really careful with A) what you book, as each stylist had widly different prices for the same thing and B) be careful what you let them do to your hair mid-cut, as twice in a row I had a stylist change what cut they were doing, mid-cut, and then charge me more money without even telling me or making it clear it was going to be so much more. Complete lack of transparency over pricing and types of cuts, the first time I even booked online, paid £13 then got charged 22£ when I got to the till. A Real shame as most of the staff are nice and know what theyre doing, but I left twice feeling the staff were using the complicated system and lack of transparency to get more money out of me. I will be going somewhere clearer from now on.

   I'm a support worker and took my client to get their hair cut. They were able to work around the clients wheel chair, around the clients sudden movements and even went the extra mile to put on a video for my client to watch to help them stay calm, they interacted with my client and helped ease their anxiety. Great job.
