   My family and I spent a few months at one of the Roomotel apartments while waiting for ours to complete. Charlie and Sean are accommodating hosts who answer to all of our needs and concerns. The weekly housekeeping service keeps the apartment spotless and tidy. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Solihull train station and the city centre. It is well equipped with modern amenities that make the place truly a home away from home. I would recommend staying with Roomotel for the lovely hosts and excellent services.

   Excellent location, walking distance from town centre and close to public transport. Newly built facility and hence all furniture, fittings and equipment in top condition. Special thanks to the Facility Manager Charlie who was always very pleasant and helpful.

   This place is excellent! I can honestly say, their customer service is absolutely ridiculously awesome… Charlie & Sean, along with the housekeeping team were brilliant! I will definitely only stay here when I’m next in town. Do waste your time looking anywhere else. Just book Roomotel!

   Stayed here for 12 days for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Close to the train station with regular trains into Birmingham center and walking distance to Solihull Town centre. Plenty of choices of supermarket within easy driving distance too. Apartment has everything you need and is very well equipped. Very clean. Charlie is amazing. He is at the end of the phone and answers any queries quickly. He met us at the apartment, showed us where to park and the best way to get to our locations across Birmingham. Would 100% recommend staying here and would be looking to stay here again.

   We stayed at Broadoaks (apt 38) for a week during the commonwealth games. It was very convenient being only a 5 minute walk to the station. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with Charlie throughout our stay was good and helpful. The only minor issue was the proximity of the railway line out the back with some very noisy goods trains trundling by. I can recommend it to future guests.

   I stayed here with my family and this was our first accommodation on arriving into the UK and I must tell you the experience was simply awesome. Firstly our point of contact Mr Charlie was a super helpful guy he helped us a lot on arrival into the apartment. Secondly we were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention which had been paid to making sure each and everything required for a comfortable home stay is provided right from pans to pots to dishes tv Internet ,you name it and some extras a small bottle of milk for my daughter and a nice Christmas card, Thirdly Mr Charlie would help no matter what the issue is he would go out of his limits to make sure your stay is comfortable,Fourthly this place is super accessible from the town Center railway station. Fifthly the neatness and cleanliness maintained in this apartment. What else do you need.I think this is a Great place to stay.
