   awful experience, the guy that did my nails was rough and rude. Filed my natural nail down with electric nail file, hit my finger. Thought i was having acrylic even though i asked for gel and already had gel on natural nail. I felt uncomfortable all the way through he was saying "oh man" and pulling my hands rough whilst doing my nails. I will never go back again.

   Just had my nails done here it took around 20 minutes for an infil and polish. That was with a change of nail tech half way through. The worst experience I've ever had the cure process took about 20 seconds on each coat they will last hours before it starts peeling. £25 for this rubbish

   Treated my daughter and myself to luxury pedicures.(£70) The man doing the pedicure was aggressive and rude. Paid by bank transfer. He took my phone out of my hand with my banking app open and filled in all the details. The payment went out of my account but didn’t show on his account straight away. He tried to stop me from leaving with a look of pure intimidation. This was a scrary experience. Why this man is being allowed near customers is beyond my comprehension. I’m 61 years old, been having my nails done for 20years. Never known anything like this. The payment eventually did show in his account, I got no apology and gave him a piece of my mind. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Plus my daughter’s nails are wonky

   Got my nails done here many times but that day and a few days later it showed how great they are. The nails exactly looked like the inspo I showed them. Unfortunately 3 days later I accidentally ripped most of my nail off at work. I was scared to get it removed as it hurt a lot and eventually start swelling and getting infected so bad to the point I couldn’t move my finger and then my hand so I decided to go back to get that one nail removed. They were so gentle and careful. None of the other nails even chipped or ever flew off, that one nail was my own fault for not being careful and the acrylic nail wasn’t chipped or even slightly peeled off. Highly recommend this salon.

   Done my nails first time a week ago there and I already have missing 2 nails. Trying there because was early in the morning and couldn’t find another shop available at that hour. He filed my nails so much that they are very thin and break at the slightest effort. I've been doing my nails for over 5 years and I've never had this problem that after a week they start to break!! Very cold inside, I think was better to stay outside, they dont even understand you at all, what you want and what you got. Also they change the price during the work, which angers me because I asked about the model and length from the beginning and I find myself with a different price at the end. I am also attaching pictures so that no one contradicts me, the most terrible experience.

   Absolutely love coming here every 3 weeks ! Very professional nails look exactly how the pictures look , highly recommend !! Even when there been an issue with any of the nails they always sort it out straight away and for free xx

   This place was really good. My nails are exactly how I wanted and exactly what they looked like in the picture I showed them. Staff are very nice and helpful. Although the wait to get them done was 2 hours, I would definitely come again and would recommend to anyone!

   Absolutely love getting my nails done here!!! Never ever break, only lost one once & was my fault. I'm disabled so the young men always help me with my chair, staff are very polite!!! Never had a guy do my nails before but he's fabulous!! The young lady is very nice too. The young man who prepares your nails is lovely. Very reasonable prices!!! Would recommend definitely. Been having acrylic nails since 1991, started off in St. Anne's & Fairy Nails are by far the best!!!!

   Price was good but at a cost. lost 3 nails within 2 weeks. Not hard enough. Gel too soft. Won't be long before the others snap. Annoying as my nails were nice and long before and now they're ruined.
