Not the friendliest of staff, especially the young lady with rd glasses, very ruff in fact, rolling her eyes and talking about me to other staff, I found it very embarrassing. Also my nails were quite sore after acrylics. Steer clear
I would read many reviews below before going to spend your well earned money at 5 star, I wish I had. Iv been 3 times to this place, first 2 times happy, 3rd time,, had gel. Within 10 days, 2 nails had split, 1 had fell off. On my return I was informed the reason for my split nails was because it was summer and my nails had grown faster. They asked for £35 to replace the full set and offered £5 offer,, thus, £30. Their approach was abrupt and unapologetic. Not like when they take your money with big smiles. There was a large que behind me, and 1 of those was for a repair. Therefore, it really didn't matter to them if I didn't agree with their poor customers Service. The fact they only accept cash is questionable too, stay away .....!
Terrible customer service, girl kept huffing every time I asked her to paint my nails like the reference picture. Left looking botched with clubs on the ends of my hands
Asked for white tip £25, got painted white and pink on instead and was charged £35, apparently that is white tip but not according to the price board. Didn't buff or file nails correctly after leaving, should have doubled checked but Tom just said sorry and was still made to charge. Would not go there again, was conned out of £10 for a cheaper job!
Been going for a few years with very few issues, however, last 3-4 times my polish has not lasted a week and chipped off. When returned to shop the advised I should have come back within 24 hrs otherwise not there fault. Sad to say I won’t be going back
Awful, even got told to shut up after I asked for them to be shorter! And got shouted at for moving my hand and asked me if I understood to not move! Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional, please listen and don’t go!
Would be five stars but the service today was shocking ,started with one girl doing my nails then she stopped and then a lad started doing them ,then back to the first girl, my nails are different shapes and look horrible £35 down the drain ,what made it worse was they knew I wasn't happy with them but didn't offer to put them right ,but lesson learned won't be using them again
Did acrylic nails, really impressed. Service was good for real. Staff was friendly.Will definitely be going back there.
Last time I went I was charged £20 for lovely different colour nails and some nail art, just been today and just got block colours for the same price
