   I had a terrible experience at Venus Nail in Leigh. I showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted before she started, and she assured me she could do it. However, as she worked, it became clear that she couldn’t achieve the design properly. When I pointed out that I wasn’t happy with the result, she became rude and even raised her voice at me. She told me not to look while she was doing my nails and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner, even saying, “Do you understand?” in a condescending tone. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If a technician is unable to do a certain design, they should be honest from the start instead of becoming defensive and rude when a customer expresses dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. Please check the pictures I’ve attached—one shows the design I requested, and the other shows what I actually received.

   I absolutely love Venus Nails! They always do such a thorough job, and my nails look amazing and last so long every time. The attention to detail here is incredible, and I never feel rushed. The salon is run by the nicest husband-and-wife team—they're both so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and friendly service.    This is the second time I've had my nails done here. The service is fantastic. They take their time in doing your nails and make sure they are of a high standard. I don't usually leave reviews but this salon is the best by far. Definitely my regular now.
