    The worst experience we’ve ever had! They charged Β£1000 and now we can’t even use the car. Bad costumer service, kept sayingβ€˜come back tomorrow and we’ll fix this’, and after 3 weeks,we have no car to use and Β£1000 less in our pocket. We will definitely make a complaint to RAC! Avoid this place!!!!

They consistently go the extra mile, whether it’s dealing with engine issues, gearbox problems, or more complex repairs. Their expertise and attention to detail are second to none. I travel from Tonbridge, Kent to Morden because of the trust and reliability I’ve found here. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely continue to use their services.

    Always professional, fast and friendly but above all honest. I've been using Central motors for years + not 1 issue and now drive 7 miles to use. As a female I feel confident using this garage.

    Called them yesterday to book me in at 4pm and kamal (who tried to trick me into that his name is Steven so his name isn't mentioned in the review) said that my car will be ready in 2 hours. I said that's fine as I had work tomorrow which I couldn't be late for. 2 hours passed and still no phone call so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra hour. Still no phone all so I phoned them twice but no-one picked up and they held my car for the night without my permission - who knows they could've used my car or taken parts out. I got late for work in the morning and I had to pay for a travel card too for public transport. In the morning still no phone call so I called in asking what was taking so long, they gave me very vague excuses and said that when the MOT is finished they will call me again. Again no phone call from there side so at 6:30pm (24hrs after of what I was promised) I went into the shop. I explained everything to them in a nice manner on the phone and when I came and said that I want to be compensated for my loss, Kamal spoke to me in such a rude tone and started to raise his voice in front of me and another customer. He went so far that he went around the desk and into my face to the point where I was feeling threatened and my son had to step in to calm him down. A woman came and started dealing with us and they only wanted to compensate us just Β£10 off the MOT. That was totally ridiculous and I told them to give me 50% off which seemed very fair and lenient. Still after back and forth arguing they only wanted to come down Β£15. I paid that and let them know that I will leave a review for what has happened. I asked the boys name and they said his name was Steven when clearly he was south asian person and when I saw the business card it said Kamal so they were lying to me. Absolutely disgusted with the service and they are totally not professionals.
