   UNTRUSTWORTHY avoid Waited 3 weeks for my appointment. On my way I called to confirm I was coming as I always do. “Well NO today we can’t we have to much to do already “ I waited so long and was about to travel next day. They did not even tied to fit me as they have made a terrible mistake. UNPROFESSIONAL you should be ashamed of yourself.

   This place is amazing, they really look after their customers like people with a top notch customer service. Ever since I discovered them, I've been getting all four cars serviced and M.O.T'd by them on a regular basis. Other customers I've met have told me similar. I've found that due to this excellent service they offer, they remain extremely busy, for which reason I find myself arriving extremely early to ensure that I'm seen. I highly recommend all the staff that work there.

   Was recommended these guys on a mechanic friend's recommendation. Another place had failed my MOT due to "inefficient brakes" despite it being a fairly new car with low mileage and regular services. Garretts were really thorough with the check and told me they were working fine (as did my mechanic friend). I would wholeheartedly recommend them as they won't con you into getting unnecessary repairs and just do the job with no sliminess or sleaze that I have experienced elsewhere.

   NOT RECOMMENDED!!!. I use to be a returning customer until yesterday. They ripped me off with 171 pound to a simple oil change in my ordinary old mazda using 50 pound castrol oil. And they filled it up only to Min. Level.... NOT RECOMMENDED!!! You lost some customers dude.... It takes less than an hour to change the oil (inc. Filter) so you have £120 / hour rate? Nice one!!! Also on the computer i can see u did not went through at all on the entire procedure what comes with mazda spec. Oil change. That could at least justify the price. Again!!!NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
