   We called in today to purchase a mattress and were helped by Shaun, who was so helpful and able to answer every question we had, and was so friendly. We were guided on what would suit us, but not pressured into anything and were given space to mull things over. This was the easiest piece of furniture we have bought and we are very grateful to Shaun! I would recommend anyone to buy in store rather than online. Thank you

   I couldn't fault the staff at Bensons for Beds, from Martin and his colleague in the show room, who were so helpful and knowledgeable, making our decision on which mattress to buy really easy, to the delivery drivers who kept us informed of when they would arrive and were really friendly, pleasant and on time. A mattress is an expensive purchase so you want to get it right and Bensons helped us do that, our mattress is great, and sleep is now greatly improved and we are no longer waking up in pain! Thanks to Martin and Bensons for Beds

   Terrible after Sales service. We ordered this in store and were given a lead time for delivery of 7 - 10 days as the item was in stock. Shaun in store was very helpful, so no complaints there! However, We heard nothing at all so chased it at the end of the 10 day period and were told it was delayed and in a shipping container being shipped from overseas! After repeatedly asking for updates it was eventually delivered 7 weeks after purchase. Most of this time the Bensons website was still advertising this as available for a 7 - 10 day delivery. Not a good service at all, will go to elsewhere if I need anything in future.

   Mattress arrived with a hole/rip in the front and dirt down the side. Bensons offered £100 off to keep a damaged mattress or wait 6 weeks for another one to be delivered. Awful, would not recommend…
