   I had to get a couple of tyres changed at short notice. The receptionist was extremely helpful over the phone helping me arrange an appointment around my work schedule. Whilst I was waiting to find out the findings from the mechanic the receptionist was very engaging and friendly and told me all about tyre insurance. The mechanic was very informative and helpful me decide what purchases I should make to repair the car.

   I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work ! I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Fit Cricklewood and I do all my car work, tyres, MOT etc., there . GREAT job guys - keep it up !

   Amazing service! Took the car in on Sunday afternoon as the two rear coil springs had gone and it needed two new tyres as well. All fixed by Monday lunchtime. Staff were so friendly and prices very reasonable. Very happy that this is our local garage!

   Came in to have wheel changed on very busy Saturday morning, I was expecting to be asked to come back, make appointment or wait hours, however it’s was all done in less than an hour. The manager (Ricky) was really helpful and professional. Also, Khalid who was working on my car was helpful and fixed my car in time. Many thanks.

   Popped in to have four wheels balanced on a Saturday morning fully expecting to be asked to come back later as they looked pretty busy but no, all done and dusted within 30 mins. Good price too, and good advice about one of my wheels being a bit like a 50-pence piece. Very happy.
