   Great place to stay if visiting the area. This hotel has everything you need in the rooms and helpful staff too. Free parking & just a short drive from the Town Centre. Hot food Breakfast is cooked to order & you can have as little as or as much as you like. Continental available too. I would happily stay in this hotel when staying in the area again.

   Room 14 was clean, warm and comfortable. Perhaps just a tad shabby in places. The service was very professional and friendly, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast was excellent. I did go back for seconds! The location was perfect for me as I had easy access to the M5 and M42. All in all a good stay and I would stay again or happily recommend.

   Classic Premier Inn -the rooms were clean and functional and the car park was big. The restaurant was really lovely. We went for an evening meal as we were too tired to go out to somewhere, and the food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant was very nicely decorated.

   Me and my friend stayed here on Saturday 19th July, and though we have no issues with the room or its location, she has been having issues obtaining a refund for the buffet breakfast. We unfortunately had to wait one hour for our food having been told "the chef has disappeared" leaving the buffet almost empty and other people waiting. We were then told we would have a full refund for both breakfasts due to the inconvenience. At the desk we were advised this had been done. However, she has only received one refund. After numerous phone calls ringing out and multiple emails sent she was advised a week later this would be done. Another week has passed and she is still waiting. I'm not one to leave reviews of this sort, but after countless calls ringing out, and unresponsive emails. We can't help but feel disappointed by it's staff and customer service team. I'm hoping this will just be a one off issue, but if you are going to stay here, I would recommend continental (however, this was also not well stocked)

   Lovely stay here, rooms are decent, clean, hot shower with good pressure. Might need a little updating but otherwise fine for a night stay. Staff were very very accommodating. Even offered my parents a free breakfast for celebrating their wedding anniversary! Really nice of them!

   It's clean and the staff are friendly. It's a great location as you can walk into the town through the colleges and school roads. Great as an overnight stopover.

   Staff brilliant. Radiator in hall on ground floor hanging off the wall. Bed comfortable and room quiet enough, but the room itself needs completely re painting walls stained and very bad mould all around the window, and curtains. Bath side needs completely replacing as someone has attempted a botch repair
