   My family and I have moved between several hotels in Birmingham, but honestly the hotel I felt most comfortable in is this one. The supervisors there are very cooperative and quick to respond to all our requests. The place is also clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for this beautiful hotel.

   We stayed here while waiting for our forever home and can't thank Chris and Faye and kids enough.They make you feel so welcome and if you ever needed anything or help with anything they were straight on it to fix or do it! Our girls absolutely adore them like our family and Chris and faye always made time to have their ears talked off by our girl and made us always feel safe! It's such a nice quiet area a park 5 mins walk or town 8 minutes walk.Nothing was too far as we don't drive!

   Great owners, always helpful, they will listen to every problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. The place is very close to the shopping center, literally 5 minutes walk. Parking is free. If you are with children, it is a very friendly place for them. The rooms are equipped with very comfortable beds. Pillows, duvets and bed linen available. Chris and Faye are wonderful and I thank them very much for the opportunity to meet them in this hotel. I recommend it with all my heart ♥️

   My stay at HIGHFIELD hotel was lovely, Faye and Chris are the most lovely and friendly people, there are so welcoming, helpful and always there for you. The hotel is so clean, there have all the facilities in this hotel, there make you feel your at home. The family room we stayed in was in excellent condition with the extra, homely touches (towels, kettle and coffee), all extremely clean with perfect condition beds and bedding. My child enjoyed staying here as there made him feel like he was apart of their family, I couldn’t recommend this enough it’s so far the best hotel I’ve been too. Thanks Faye and Chris for everything

   I have been staying for two weeks during my college course. Fay and Chris couldn't be more helpful! Not only are they very friendly but take the time to help anyone! They have a lovely clean hotel with a kitchen and utilities available. They have WiFi and a lovely setup in the rooms. It's very quiet around the area but very close to blackheath high street! Brilliant walking distance to the college also. It has been a wonderful experience for a stay such as mine but they also have family rooms and would be an ideal place for a family to stay too! With car parking it made my experience great! Thank you both again and look forward to keeping in touch! Becky :)

   I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel is kept to a very high standard. Everywhere is clean. Chris and Faye are the nicest people you will meet. We had no issues with our stay but know that if we did they would have been solved quickly. My children loved Chris and Faye and we honestly felt so at home with them being part of the family. Genuinely the nicest people. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

   This hotel is run by the most generous, friendly, kind and helpful family. Chris & Faye along with their two children are quite possibly the best family we have come across. The family room we stayed in was in excellent condition with the extra, homely touches (towels, kettle and coffee), all extremely clean with perfect condition beds and bedding. Honestly a home away from home and beyond value for money. We have never received such faultless service! Thank you so much to Chris & Faye.
