   Choosing a new bed couldn't be more easy. It was an enjoyable experience, testing the new mattress - amazing how technology helps! The people at the store were friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy. I appreciated the time spent explaining the ordering and delivery process and everything happened according to plan.    Kris was very much the perfect assistant by allowing us to tryout several bed mattresses and allowing us time to decide which one was best for us. Everything was very informative, and he had a great conversational skill- as well as being well-informed. He was all you need in a shop assistant, and the whole experience was fine. We are delighted with our new mattress.

   I took my mum in this branch today..we were greeted by 2 lovely polite gentlemen,said hello as soon as we were in store..what I liked most of all was the willingness to share as much info about the many mattresses on display..very good selection..my mum did end up buying..without any pressure from the very professional Drew..his colleague was very helpful initially didn't get his name though..very good service,would highly recommend....

Lots of choice, with a gizmo to work out what mattress would suit an individual's needs and examples of the mattress to try. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and wish more establishments give similarly excellent service.
