   Went to Mr Abouzeid through my insurance to obtain a referral for some tests which he said he will do. My appintment was in April and i had to chase for two weeks to get confirmation that the referral had been sent. I waited a further few weeks and started contacting the hospital who said they'd never received the referral. I've since reached out again to Mr Abouzeid's secretary telling her the referral she claimed was done hadn't gone through and she has ignored me. She was very quick to reply previously when i said i need to pay a part of the invoice as excess for my insurance. I paid the invoice a month ago and sent proof of payment to her and have just received an email yesterday asking me to pay the invoice or provide proof again! The absolute audacity to chase money i have already paid, proof i have already sent, for services that were not carried out or completed.

He carefully and skillfully performed the procedure to remove my cervix, avoiding the need for open surgery. His precision and dedication have allowed me to recover remarkably well, with in 3 weeks with minimal discomfort and no complications. What truly sets Dr. Abouzeid apart is his unwavering commitment to his patients. Despite being at a different location, he made a special trip to visit me in the ward at 10 PM to ensure I was doing well. His reassuring demeanor and thorough explanation of my recovery process immediately put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. I am due to see him for a follow-up and HRT treatment soon, and I am confident he will continue to provide the same level of compassionate and professional care.    I was recently referred for a colposcopy by my local Gp following a routine smear test. I chose to go to a private health care practice and Dr Abouzeid carried out the procedure. On the two occasions I met Dr Abouzeid he immediately made my nervous self fully at ease, he had a calming presence and was very informative and thorough with his explanations. The procedure carried out was very stress free and painless. I would highly recommend this doctor he was fantastic and would now always be my first choice should I ever require this again.
