   From the bottom of my heart, Andrew is the best doctor and surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. From the second I had my consultation with him, I just knew I was in safe hands, I’ve suffered with gynaecological issues for a number of years and decided to go with a specialist in the field to opt for the best treatment and care. He is such a genuine and kind soul who made the entire surgical process that slight bit easier because of his kindness and compassion. A doctor who truly cares about his patients and has their wellbeing at the forefront of what he does, very knowledgeable and without a doubt one of the best in the country. No words will express my gratitude towards Andrew and all he has done for me. My only regret is that I didn’t meet him sooner. Thank you so much ❤️

   Being an amazing surgeon is one thing but being such a caring and personable one is another - this Dr has the patient care and wellbeing at the heart and shows true expertise in his field. Thank you mr pickersgill for being you! Highly recommend this dr ( only 2 days in after my op) recovery going well. One thing that will stay with me is how lovely and kind he was!

   Mr P was highly recommended to me not only by other patients but also colleagues. His manner is so compassionate, kind and caring. After shocking NHS care he diagnosed and treated my severe endometriosis. During the excision surgery he then diagnosed adenomyosis but we were able to come up with a plan to manage this. A few years later I developed a very large fibroid. Within three weeks of deciding I really needed a total hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy the surgery was done. Due to the position of the fibroid, I bled out during surgery. But he saved my life. He really is the most amazing surgeon. He text me when I was recovering and saw me in person when I was worried about post surgery complications. Two years later and I’ve honestly never looked back. He’s an angel and I’m so grateful to him.

   From attending my first consultation to having my surgery was less than 5 weeks. Admittedly I went in there with an idea of what could be the issue and this perhaps helped us find a care pathway I was happy with quickly. 4 miscarriages, years of unexplained pain, fobbed off by the NHS for 10 years. After my surgery with Dr pickersgill I fell immediately pregnant and have since carried my pregnancy’s to term and have two beautiful boys. The scarring I was left with was minimal, the recovery was rapid compared to some of my friends who have had similar surgery’s. This man gave me a new life and I would highly recommend
