My Girlfriend came home with these awesome nails for £40 and said that the staff and the service provided were fantastic, her nails are amazing and we’re both chuffed to bits about it!
Went in ask for soak of and builder gel on natural nails lady started filing gel polish of not unusual then they normally soak them of but no this woman kept filing them burning my nails with the electric file when I asked her not to take much of my natural length she did them very very short and didn’t even ask about shape just did them how she wanted and she said she had finished I still had acrylic left on my nails I told her I asked for builder gel she sighed and put it on top of the acrylic that was left on my nails she then charged me £35 pound I’m not a confrontational person so just paid and left but as she did not soak them of properly I don’t think I should have been charged for soak of as they weren’t soaked of the were filed of and not even properly I’ve only ever used Hannah’s for nails before and have always love it and never had a problem but this lady had put me of it’s like she just did not listen to what I wanted and just did what she wanted
Will definitely not be returning to this place! Went to get my nails soaked off and I have been left with my natural nails completely butchered. £10 for my nails to be bleeding and biab not even completely soaked off, I’m still picking bits of it off now and I had this service 6/12/24, it’s now the 9/12/24. Could tell that they rushed the service and wanted me gone even though shop was empty when I got there. Clearly just wanted to take my money. Should be absolutely ashamed really. Avoid this place
Really recommend this nail salon. Very friendly, went out of their way to do the design I requested. Always have issues with people going close enough to the cuticle and they did it spot on. I'm not sure why people have put that they are rude and should maybe recognise they are Vietnamese not Chinese which says something more about them than the people working in the shop. In fact I heard customers being quite rude to the staff.
Good manicure, great price. Many colours to choose from.
Prices are reasonable, staff are very nice and skilled at what they do. Have had some very cute designs.
I understand Christmas is a very busy time for many, many businesses. I took a photo of nail inspiration to hanna nails and when I walked in I was grated as usual by a nail tech asking how they can help. I showed the photo and asked if the design could be done as I didn't want to sit and wait if not able to or could have sat and choose something different. The gentleman said yes that's fine when it was my turn to take a seat 2 bail techs laughed at me. One saying no we can't do that and another saying they don't have time. This made me feel so small and uncomfortable. A lady who was a customer commented and said excuse I heard the lady come in and ask if she could have the nail inspo and heard you say yes. They did something between them which was nothing like the photo but I didn't want to bother anyone so paid an left. I have been going to hanna nails for 12 month solid every 2 to 3 weeks and felt let down Christmas week.
The staff were really nice and my nails looked amazing. Definitely will come back.
The only nail bar I'll go to in town. Fab nail technicians, always happy to create whatever design you want.
