    I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Kwik Fit branch today. I’ve been here twice this year and always received amazing service, to the point where I even brought staff treats as a thank you. Today was completely different and honestly shocking. When I arrived to collect my car, there were **five male staff members** sitting in reception. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere changed β€” they dispersed immediately, avoided eye contact and the energy was hostile. It was clear I had been spoken about before I even entered. I felt uncomfortable and intimidated straight away. The staff member who handed me my keys didn’t give me *any* update about my tyres or any checks on the car. He just said, β€œThere’s nothing wrong with your car,” in a dismissive tone. No explanation. No professionalism. As I went to leave, another staff member approached my car window with a piece of paper and said, β€œMy manager told me to give you this.” The manager had not spoken to me at all inside, so I didn’t feel safe taking a random letter being handed to me through someone else. If the manager wanted to speak to me, he should have addressed me directly instead of involving multiple staff. As a **woman**, a **Black woman**, and someone with an **invisible disability**, this whole situation felt intimidating, disrespectful and completely unacceptable. The behaviour felt like **bullying and discrimination**, especially when the manager’s attitude clearly influenced the rest of the team. I have never experienced anything like this at Kwik Fit before, and I left feeling shaken and really uncomfortable. I hope this branch takes this feedback seriously because the way I was treated today was **unprofessional, inappropriate and far below basic customer service standards**. After leaving the Kwik Fit centre, my car sensors became extremely sensitive, constantly going off as if I was close to objects when I wasn’t. This only started after the work was done on my car. Driving home felt overwhelming and genuinely frightening, and as someone with ADHD and Sickle Cell, this level of stress is dangerous and unacceptable. What makes this worse is that this entire situation came off the back of me simply being late. I explained clearly that I would be there within an hour to collect my car, but I was told I had to collect it before 4pm. My appointment was booked for 11am, and I have never been someone who drops their car off for the whole day β€” I always collect within the hour. The attitude I received because of this was unprofessional, and the behaviour that followed felt completely unnecessary. Now I am left with a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive due to sensors that were perfectly fine before entering the centre. This is a serious safety concern, not only for me but for other road users. I have already contacted head office, but I want it documented here so that customers are aware of the impact this has had on me. I simply want my car returned to the condition it was in before this appointment.

    The waiting area has a view of the team working on the car. You can just tell that they are working hard. Price was fair. I missed a discount which was cheerfully added retrospectively. I had a technical question which was answered about 8pm on Friday via chat. All in all top notch!

    Booked MOT - needed repeater indicator fixing to pass MOT- Booked car in (Alfa Giulietta) for next day repair. The guy in charge on the 2nd day manager maybe ? Really nice guy I don't know his name but he was outstanding - extremely impressive , in total control of everything . Also there was a really nice atmosphere there. So I guess all the team got on well . I saw him deal with difficult customers , remaining calm and professional and giving clear advice and updates to customer's. Also the indicator unit for my car, was not there - I don't think it had been ordered so when I arrived - they did not have it But , the manager ? Searched everywhere then made calls to get the part - he got one couriered from Wembley - I left the car there and got progress updates - Also had asked day before if they could check out offside drivers wheel as I thought there was a loose bearing - they didn't do it but on the 2nd day your guys sorted it - so overall I am massively impressed with your team at Kwik fit Wandsworth - they are incredible . Date of MOT booking 23/09/25 - 13.30pm Date of repeater fixed 24/09:25 / ( amazing team on this day )

    I had my tyres fitted at Kwik Fit and was very happy with the whole experience. The tyres were good quality and very well priced. My appointment started on time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Friendly service and efficient work made the process quick and easy. I would happily use them again. Decent quality tyres for a decent price, well done.

    Took car in for new battery just over a week ago. They 'fitted' it and drove car out to me so I never looked under the bonnet. Car broke down on Wednesday and my road recovery service came out and when he opened the bonnet this is what we discovered under the bonnet. The bracket to hold the battery in the housing was missing and the battery had been tied up with multiple cable ties to hold it in place. In addition to which it's obviously the wrong size battery as it sits up by an inch or more above the housing and two parts of the housing have been sheered off. I've never seen such a pig's dinner of a mess. The whole thing is a car crash. I'm waiting for my mechanic to get the car running again so I can go and confront these cowboys. They have wrecked and damaged the housing for the battery. Never in all my years of having batteries fitted have I ever seen anything like this.

    We booked, arrived, were promptly looked after, diagnosed, parts taxied from Fulham and 1hr later done and dusted. A first class service by very informative, helpful, pleasant staff.

    Arranged to take car in for a tyre change at 3.30pm. Arrived 15 mins early. Was told no appt was on computer but they would try to fit it in. Then, instead of a replacement tyre I had to have a tyre repair due to being out of stock. Seemed quiet but still took best part of an hr. Killburn much better customer service. Wandsworth is all about the money.

    These guys were truly wonderful today when I had a warning light come on in my car and had no idea what to do. I was a bit emotional, but they sorted out my issue within a few minutes and sent me on my way feeling 100% better. Top service. Thank you so much, I’ve had an awful day, so this act of kindness really stands out x

    Prices not bad but service is shocking. No one to even acknowledge when you're there for a booked service. After eventually getting someones attention long enough to drop the keys off I was told it would be a while so I left to run some errands. Got back well after the time stated to find they hadn't even begun to look at the car, only to have them ask me then what I wanted to have done on the car that day. Really just needs to sort the customer service out.
