   Very bad experience with Halfords MOT service (Hendon). I dropped my car off at 10:00am for an MOT. The receptionist told me to come back in half an hour. I returned after 45 minutes, and my car was the only one there for MOT, so it was not busy at all. I was then told the MOT was already done and I just needed to wait for the paperwork. However, I ended up waiting almost another one hour just for the MOT certificate to be written. I finally got my car back at 11:40am, meaning I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes in total for a very simple MOT service. Very poor time management and communication. I would not recommend Halfords Hendon for MOT services.

The technicians and fitters clearly knew what they were doing they worked efficiently, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure my car was handled with great care. The managers were especially impressive. They were attentive, transparent about the work needed, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical skill with great customer service, but the Hendon branch truly delivers on both. I left feeling confident in the quality of the work done, and I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional automotive care.

   Dean fitted all the tyres on my car and was friendly and helpful throughout. I really enjoyed my visit to Halfords they do their best to provide excellent service and make sure you’re looked after best service on reception as well!
