   Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean. Convenient location for us. Nice pub opposite for dinner/breakfast if you don't want to explore further. Would stay again.

   The usual Travelodge experience. Reasonably good rooms and good value. Plenty of parking when we visited. Couple of niggles (hence 4*). We booked two doubles for us and some family members and one wouldn't lock when we needed to go out. No one was available to fix it immediately so we had to put everything in one room before we could go out. And then our room key cards were cancelled while we were at breakfast and before we checked out. Luckily we managed to find someone to remedy it as reception was closed.

   I stayed here for a few nights and I found the staff to be very helpful. Nancy and Gillian were so friendly, and cheerful and went out of their way to help me. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The rooms were comfortable and the cleaning staff very cheerful and helpful. Good experience. Would highly recommend.

   I normally quite enjoy a Travelodge experience, but I think this establishment is overdue a refurb. My primary concern is that the shower water pressure is abysmal, particularly if other hotel users are using the shower at the same time. Furthermore, whilst the bed is comfortable, I was disappointed that there were no plug sockets near the bedside table. Overall, the place feels quite tired although the lady on the main reception seemed nice enough.

   Weird smell in the room. Bed is as hard as rock and I'm pretty sure the electrics aren't up to code. It takes around 15 seconds for the lights to turn on after flicking the switch. The carpet is also coming up at random points. Very much the vibe of a cheap hostel, not a travellodge that's on the pricier side. The icing on the cake was the sex toy left on the floor of reception when we were checking out.

   Convenient site, adequate free parking, clean room with individual heating, lift to all floors, limitless hot shower, online booking and payment, efficient and quick check-in. Friendly staff. I have stayed here several times. It is amazingly cheap. I am mystified by the occasional adverse reviews.

   The room was clean, the single bed was a little small. I was surprised that there was no hair drier or iron in the room. Staff were happy to help. Breakfast was disappointing, just eat out.

   The staff here have been fantastic going above and beyond. They found emergency accommodation for us when we needed rooms for our residents with no notice. Nothing was too much bother and they checked we had everything we needed. Can't thank the manager and her staff enough!!
