Been coming here for almost 2 years now, Sam and the team are absolutely lovely and always very welcoming and accommodating. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Rude staff and racist ,felt disrespected staff arguing with me ,no apology offered after messed up my nails .They left gaps and started giving false explanation nails look a week old .Nails done Wednesday evening and l went back on Saturday morning. Staff told me l shouldn't come in the morning to complain and if it's about money l should come after 2 weeks to get them redone .
Came in today, asked for French Biab and same length as they was, instead been ignored and they file them short to cause my nails to bleed, also asked for oval not stiletto never have experienced my nails bleed in all years I get my nails done. I genuinely never felt pain like it.
Service was amazing I love the design and the people were so kind and lovely can’t wait to see u again
Lovely nail salon. Staff are friendly and chatty. Nice and clean inside. Very good choice of colours and nail products. Really happy with my nails and will 100% be going again next time!
I had an awful experience here!! Staff where so rude and didn’t do what I asked. My nails where much longer than I wanted even after asking for them to be shorter, they where so thick and painful underneath that I took them off about an hour after my apt! I rarely get my nails done but did as a holiday treat, what a regret of £50. Would never recommend this place, I’d recommend the girls who do it in little salons they’re much better! ** your reply is entertaining, funny you would rather deny than find the route of the issue. I had a poor service here and I am entitled to share that with people who would spend their hard earned money on waste !
DO NOT USE! Got shellac nails and toes done to go on holiday chipped 2 days later! Didn’t put the overcoat on one of my toes. Called the shop when I got back off holiday to tell them about it they said come in so I did the day I was off and was questioned why I hadn't gone in. I repeatedly told them I was on holiday so couldn’t and even showed them photos of me away. He was questioning me like I was trying to get them done for free! I walked out the shop he made me feel embarrassed! I can afford to get them done somewhere else it was the principal! You have now lost a customer and will lose many more! When I was getting my nails done they were rushing and abrupt then when I went back the customer services was a disgrace….do not go there is Melissa’s further down nice people and service !
