   I cannot recommend Manchester Fertility highly enough. Every member of staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our entire journey. From the initial consultation to our pregnancy scan, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. They truly helped make our dreams a reality. After a very difficult first round of IVF at another clinic, I was extremely anxious, but Manchester Fertility took all of that worry away. The difference was remarkable, we went from just one embryo in our first round to ten with Manchester Fertility, and with far fewer clinic visits, which was a huge help as I was using annual leave for appointments. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single member of staff for your care and support. A special mention to Ceri Fox, who was always so kind and welcoming and remembered small personal details from previous appointments, something that truly meant so much to us.

   I am forever grateful for everyone at Manchester Fertility. My partner and I tried for almost 2 years to get pregnant and nothing was happening. The NHS did not know what was wrong but Manchester Fertility managed to diagnose and treat my problem! Their IVF process was quick and effective, I now have a beautiful baby boy. All staff at Manchester Fertility are wonderful and super attentive. Always fast responses to any questions. A truly amazing service which I will be using again!

   I definitely recommend this ivf clinic we had the best experience with our first embryo transfer we had our positive pregnancy test our beautiful Holly Louise was born on 18/09/25 In the future we have one more embryo left to use for Holly to have a brother or sister when she a little older.    We began treatment with Manchester Fertility at the end of 2023 and were overjoyed to welcome our perfect baby girl in January of 2025 following our first round of IVF at the clinic. We are so grateful to the clinic for the superb care they provided to us throughout the whole process, both during the IVF procedures and in offering support through the early weeks of pregnancy. All of the staff we encountered were extremely professional, pleasant and reassuring. We had great confidence in the clinic from our first appointment and everyone did their best to put us at our ease during what is, naturally, an anxious time. We would highly recommend Manchester Fertility to anyone considering fertility treatment, we cannot praise them highly enough and are so grateful to them for helping make our family complete.

   I’d heard amazing things about this clinic but the customer service from the patient advisors was appalling. Calls not returned, lack of communication and long waiting times for appointments. We worked out pretty quickly that this was not the clinic for us. IVF is stressful enough as it is.

   Awful customer service! Avoid!! Waited 5 weeks to have our consultation only to find out that the clinic hadn’t sent all of our fertility test results to the consultant to discuss with us. We then waited another 4.5 weeks for a compulsory counselling session. We were told we’d hear back from the clinic the within a week regarding the next stage of our treatment. We waited 8 weeks with still no news, so we contacted the clinic who said they would pass our message on to the manager. Waited another week and still haven’t heard back. We’ve now found an amazing clinic abroad with excellent customer service, and treatment is a fraction of the price of this clinic.

   Looking at my baby boy now I thought I would never have this moment, my husband and I started our journey with Manchester fertility nervous we would never fall pregnant. The team, staff and everyone in the building was so kind and caring towards you, they genuinely care for you and will do everything they can so you can have your baby one day. I can’t never ever thank them enough for what they have done for us.

   Contacting Manchester fertility was one of the best things I have ever done, I had IUI done and now I gave birth to a amazing gorgeous and beautiful healthy baby boy in January a year after I started treatment. All the nurses, midwife’s and doctors are amazing and very helpful, without each and every one of them I would not have my baby boy Luca. Would very much recommend the clinic to help make your dreams come true like they have mine and can’t wait to try again in the future. Xx
