   My tyres were insured with Auto Protect. Which I had never used. Scott went above and beyond to help me sort out my claim and tyres. He was patient and polite at all time, dispite the poor service offered by Auto Protect. Thanks Scott you were Brilliant.

   I had a nail in my tyre. Having had previous bad experiences with tyre repair companies I approached getting this repaired with a degree of trepidation...I need not have worried! The team at Kwik Fit Caterham were friendly, professional and very efficient. My tyre was repaired in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your tyres

   Had a flat tyre as I had a nail in it, drove to Kwik fit Caterham and they sorted it out within 30 minutes. I was really nervous being a woman on my own with 2 children but I didn’t need to be, the man on reception was kind, considerate and professional. Will definitely be back!

   I showed up at the branch just as they were about to close, with no appointment, over an hour away from home, and a nail in my tyre which was quickly deflating. The staff were really friendly and helpful and put my spare tyre on without charge! They saved me from having to wait hours for the AA in freezing conditions. Cannot recommend them enough. A special mention to the apprentice who put my tyre on who was great, so grateful for the help.

   It's this particular branch of Caterham that I rate so highly, as I had two experiences previously when service was simply not up to scratch. Caterham has always been friendly, and the MOT Inspector Fair and Just to a fault. I can't imagine ever having a problem there and will continue to use them for every Tyre & MOT service I need.

   We've been to this branch with all of our cars and every time we are greeted with the smiley and friendly face of Ryan. He is so so helpful and always does an amazing job, he actually takes the time to speak to us and shows an interest in what we're saying which is lovely to see as usually you barely get a greeting in some garages.

   Needed an emergency puncture repair - they fitted me in quickly without an appointment. Scott did a great job - very thorough and cleaned up the rim and resealed it properly which not everyone bothers to do. Very happy with the service.
