Great experience using this garage for the first time on one of my vans. Final invoice was less than they’d estimated and couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service by Sophie and work carried out by Harry. 10/10
Couldn’t rate this garage high enough. A big thank you to Mark and team! Had a breakdown and they were able to accommodate my car same day even though they were fully booked. Fault happened to be just as anticipated by RAC. I was kept informed, provided a breakdown of the cost of the repair and they only proceeded to carry out the works when I gave the go ahead to do so. The repair was done to a high standard, used genuine Mercedes parts, overall great service from a local garage.
My car failed it's MOT yesterday for worn tyres. I had quite a tight, self created, timetable to have a retest. They were incredibly accommodating and I managed to get my wife to her appointment on time. Thank you very much.

Been going here for years. Lovely genuine people. As a female motorist who is not a petrolhead I find them transparent, helpful, willing to fix (rather than upsell items you don't need) and never patronising. Highly rated by me and highly recommended to others.

I have taken my car here twice now for an M.O.T. and they are brilliant! Sarah in the office even entertained my two young children why we waited! I trust them 100% not to 'rip me off'! They are all lovely and I cannot recommend them enough!
Appalling garage. Our Honda broke down last week & RAC told us it was likely the turbo need replacing, plus other connected faults. They advised us to take it to Honda main dealer. Unwisely, we decided to try Homesdale Road garage. We told them in advance what the problem was, & they said bring it in for a quote. It took a couple of days but they finally got back to us & told us that it would be over £5K to fix,(Honda had quoted 2K) It was an old car & not worth £3K so would be foolish to waste £5K+ just to get it running. The guy was very surprised that we weren't interested in wasting money to get it fixed. We arranged for a car breaker to buy it off us & we met them at the garage to give it to them. Outrageously, the male member of staff at the garage - presumably annoyed at us not wanting to do the expensive work - then took advantage of me being a lone female & intimidated me into paying a £40 "fee" just for giving us a quote. They had not mentioned this "fee" before
The staff here have all been super helpful and kind, especially Mark. If had a couple issues with other garages and Homesdale kept my car in as long as needed and the work was done very quickly. Any problems caused by any other garage(s) was picked up on quickly and fixed to perfection. It's great to have my car back in working order! Thank you so much to Mark who has been on the phone and over email to me to help me get things sorted. Honestly the service I got was so good it'd be wrong of me not to leave a 5 star review! Will only be going to them in the future.
