   I called them for an MOT and couple of times they put me hold gor more than 5 minutes I got annoyed initially, then I understand they were really busy sometimes The staff I spoke with wad very polite and explained everything and quickly booked me in 2 days and when I went for the test ,it failed and I didn't expect that. I had to pick up my son and take him to the dentist appointment. The guy at reception and the guy who changed my tyres and wipers and the guy who did my Mot all were great. They understood my situation and worked hard and quick to fix my car..I really appreciate their work and would recommend anyone to visit this kwikfit centre. Thanks

   Amazing service. I hit something on the road causing my tire to go completely flat. I saw them as I drove past, looking for somewhere safe to stop. The guys were great. They ordered me a new tire and are keeping my car safe until they can fit the tire. They close at 6 pm but 2 of the guys were there until 6.30 pm letting me wait inside until my partner came to pick me up rather than leaving me to stand outside on my own in the rain and cold. I was so upset and in a panic being stuck in an area I didn't know, miles from home but they were so nice and helpful it helped me to calm down. I couldn't have asked for better service. I'd definitely recommend them to lone females.

   Sammy delivered the best service i have received ever in a Kwik Fit! Knew i was driving abroad in a matter of days so went out of his way to collect my tyre from another branch just so that I didn’t get passed from pillar to post. Was turned away 2 times from other branches due to being busy. Sammy defo delivered! Much appreciated!!

   Website was great and a good price. Location staff were pleasant and over all good service. However who ever inflated the tyres needs a pair of glasses. Recommend pressure for car is 2.4 bar.

   I was in the need of passing MOT and servicing my car and, unfortunately, my local garage (ford specialist which was even more convenient) closed down a few months ago. I had to find another local garage, check reviews and cross my fingers with the hope that I’d find an honest place. When doing the search I realised that Kwik-fit little Ilford was the closest option (3 minutes walking). I mentioned it to some friends and colleagues at work and they put a face about kwik-Fit. Even with that, I decided to give a quick call asking for some prices. I couldn’t have been luckier when my call was answered by Sami. Seriously, Kwik-Fit Head Office! You should take Sami’s professionalism, make a Case Study and apply specific training to the rest of the Kwik -Fit staff everywhere else in the uk. That will remarkably help to end up the bad reputation Kwik-Fit has achieved during the years. (Enough said about it) Sami helped me immensely by phone. When you talk to some by phone you realise if that person is smiling. Sami certainly was. He gave me a very competitive quote for service and MOT and thanks to his professionalism I also decided to change my tyres. Although my current tyres still had a bit of life left, they weren’t in their best condition and Sami offered me a great deal with my favourite’s tyre brand. I couldn’t recommend Little Ilford Kwik-Fit enough if/when served by Sami. I remember a few months ago popping in and asking for some prices and the guy who dealt with me hardly looked at my face and zero smiling. So my advice is; call them and ask for Sami. If he is not available, off, on holidays, with a client… hang up and call again until you deal with him. Then, you will fully understand what I am talking about. As clear as that…
