   THIS IS NOT HALFORDS!!! PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU FOUND ONLINE!!! THIS WAS JUST ONE OF THEIR SUB CONTRACTORS - WHO CANCELLED OUR WEEKEND APPOINTMENT WITH NO REASON GIVEN - IT WAS NOT A BIG JOB LIKE TYRE BALANCING AND WHEEL ALIGNMENT BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED TO WORK AT ALL - AND WE NEEDED TO WAIT FOR A FEW WORKING DAYS FOR OUR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED - JUST AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS GARAGE WHENEVER POSSIBLE!!!

   I rang yesterday to get a new tyre (spoke to Shah) he told me to come down when we were ready. We ( husband and I) arrived within the hour. We were greeted by Chris, who showed us to the reception. I was seen to straight away. Mike and Steve changed my tyre. Very friendly atmosphere and service. We singed up to the FREE MEMBERSHIP and received £5 off my tyre. I will be highly recommend this branch to my friends and family.

   Popped in just to get a replacement bulb and fitting. Service was super quick and the guy who fitted the bulb was friendly and helpful about another issue I asked about too.

   They dont have the product to sell but hold to my money and wont want to refund. Thieves!!!!!! Worst customer care experience. Spoke to a guy called Azile. Arrogant, rude, wont escalate. He cant solve it. He wont get anybody who can resolve on the call. Entilted to say that nobody in halfords will help you. I wont trust this company at all. PATHETIC. BEWARE OF THEM.

   I ordered tyres 6 days ago to be fitted this morning. The tyres are not here. Halfords are apparently to blame as they do not have any customer care.
