   I had an excellent experience at Kwik Fit. Suhail provided outstanding service and kept me informed at every stage, from ordering my new tyres to letting me know when they arrived and booking me in for the replacement. The fitter clearly took pride in their work, even taking the time to clean my alloys after fitting the tyres. Highly professional and customer-focused service throughout.

   Really Good Experience compared to last time i came here, Suhail the Assistant manager was very polite and got both my tyres changed (motability) within the time he said it would be done. he was very courteous in dealing with me. Last time I came here about a year ago, I waited 4 hours only to be told that my tyres didn't need to be changed so I was dubious in coming back but I am glad I did. I hope other people take inspiration from Suhails leadership and people skills. regards Mr Islam.

   Booked an MOT at short notice and these guys delivered a great service - completed within an hour too on an extremely wet and windy day, cannot fault the service. It was the only location that had a slot to book the next day, but they looked after my vehicle and I left happy in the afternoon! Well done to the team there for being efficient this time!

   The customer service at Kwik fit Barking was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from Suhail and Charlie. They went above and beyond to help me. I have been to other Kwik fit branches and this one by far stands out. I would recommend everyone to go there. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

   Definitely the best Kwik-Fit garages around east London. Everything was neat, tidy and organised. Usually these garages are packed with cars all over the place and you pull up thinking where the hell do I leave my car! My particular thanks goes out to the mechanic named Suhel (supervisor). He ordered my tyres in the morning over the phone and called me later the same day notifying my that my tyre was delivered. Drove over to the garage and he installed my new tyre within 15 minutes. Quicker than Amazon! Got a punctured tyre? Don't think twice, just come down to Kwik-Fit in Barking and look for the supervisor named Suhel.
