AVOID. POOR CLEANING. like I’m not expecting every single inch of the car to be spotless but where its looking smudgey and rain streaks visible across the ENTIRE car… That’s unacceptable. Guy didn’t care at all.
Top Quality Car Wash! Had my car washed at Becontree Station Car Wash and I’m seriously impressed. The team did an amazing job – super clean inside and out, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommend if you want your car looking spotless.

Not doing a good job on one occassion is acceptable but twice and with the service being worse than the first time. How do you wash something and on completion it is still dirty. £24 for a fake gold service!!! One of the guys who works there thought my dissatisfaction was funny and smirked to his colleagues. Your service isn't used because I can't wash my own car, it's used as time doesn't permit me to always do so. You are ripping people off and you know it!! You are truly a big DISCREDIT to CMS who sent me there once for a complimentary clean as a thank you for my years of using their company even after moving 35 miles away. I will NEVER use them again!!! Highly not recommended!!!
Nothing special, standard practice, they don't really have an understanding of how paint work can be damaged, either through cleaning or drying. They blast the dirt off your car with a powerful jet, dangerously close as they can get to the car to avoid using hands and saving time, not on purpose, just a lack of knowledge, which is understandable as they need to get the cars through quickly to make money. So if you're up for paying to have your paint work damaged or scratched then that's your decision.
I usually have my car valeted here, the staff are friendly, fast and do a good job. Reasonable prices too.

Very professional and friendly guys. Car looks amazing. Great value for money too. Some of these places rush your car through and you find later it's still dirty in places. Car hasn't looked this good from any other local car wash I've used before.
Absolutely great service and an even friendlier staff. Also, the actual washing is impressive; thoroughly deep cleaned, inside and out. Will be coming back!
