Very very bad experience, very bad service the guy look at YouTube the first time for fix air conditioner in my car and change the oil , I payd £250 He said that my car was leaking oil, ok , when I left everything was ok , but the air conditioning stopped working so I went back there, he said it was leaking and that he couldn't fix it, so I left, my car started making a noise when I stopped my car and when my husband went to look, he left some things out of place. as you can see in the photo and now I need to fix more things that before, please don't take your car there. Bad service
I have using Romford Motors for a number of years now, for my own car and my 2 daughters. I have never been disappointed by the level of service to my cars and customer service. In particular Hussain is my go to, he has always been honest and given great advice even if he gains no immediate monetary gain. I have also recommended him to others and that have also Sang his praises.
Have been asked to come back 3 o clock for our car to be ready. 3:30 the tosspots are having lunch and the car is nowhere near to be ready . Avoid at any cost . Absolutely useless 40 pounds for 2 hours of our wasted time Change the name to Tosspot Motors
