   Went there for a wheel alignment today - as a last minute request. Razz assist me and he was such a honest and knowledgeable individual. The car had a lot of suspension work done so needed adjustment twice. Razz did mention this so had to re visit on the same day and he had adjusted it again, despite being on his own on a Sunday. Showed me everything transparently and explained the reason why the car needed alignment. Excellent service overall and would highly recommend this centre and Razz!

   I had a great experience at Kwik Fit - Erith! I was in a bit of a bind with only 24 hours to get an MOT certificate, and after calling around locally, Kwik Fit were the only ones able to fit me in, and at exactly the time I needed: 8:00 am the next day. The online booking system was smooth and efficient, it worked without a hitch, which made the whole process even easier. When I arrived, I handed over my keys and was pleasantly surprised when the staff recommended a café just a minute's walk away. That turned out to be a great tip, I had a fantastic breakfast while they carried out the MOT, which was all done in about 50 minutes. If you're after a no-nonsense, professional and quick service, I’d highly recommend Kwik Fit - Erith. Friendly staff, efficient process, and a genuinely stress-free experience.

   Booked an MOT with these guys, got us in quick which was appreciated, failed and wanted what seemed like alot for only half the problems to be fixed, went elsewhere for second opinion, 1 of the fails at kwik fit was emissions, other garage, not a problem at all, passed with flying colours, said half the things they had flagged were not even fails, some weren't even advisories, had the car fixed for same price as these guys quoted for half the job plus they fixed my aerial and installed a new coolant tank. Bit annoying having to pay for a 2nd MOT but you live and learn, just a shame in this day and age when everyone has financial struggles that you have a massive company taking advantage

   Dropped a damaged wheel in on Fri and said I would collect this afternoon. The fitters put another tyre on a slow puncture and put spare wheel back under the van. Very professional service and a quick turnaround. Many thanks

   Rude and unfriendly staff.. They don't know how to deal and talk to customers.. Booked a full car service worth more than £300 and they were just jokers. They don't bother to let me know that what they are going to do with my car, not even after doing the job. Will never go there again..

   When I picked the car up, the oil service notification was not reset. The coolant was not checked and was not topped up. The oil looks like it is mixed with water and is very thin. There was no check list to show what was checked and if there were any issues anywhere.

   MOTABILITY I came here as a motability customer when a bolt pierced my tyre and it went flat overnight. The chaps here are really nice, they seem to really enjoy their workplace and this really reflects in their work. I had never used Kwikfit before and the man at the desk took the time to explain the process whilst his colleague very quickly replaced my tyre. From the advice given to other customers that I overheard, these guys really know their stuff and have a genuine concern for the state of your vehicle, I would say you could have any work done on your car here with confidence.
