I have been to therapy a few times in my life and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience than I did at Quest Psychology. Greg truly listened and worked to understand me, so that we could move forward in each session in ways that were tailored to me and really worked! The space felt non judgemental and I felt safe and able to be honest. I also appreciated how even when talking about difficult things, we were able to keep a sense of humour to the sessions. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering therapy.

Greg is a brilliant therapist. I was suffering from PTSD and had chronic anxiety. I was having intrusive thoughts constantly, that were severely effecting my quality of life and ability to work. In only 3 months, through various methods including EMDR and mindfulness techniques Greg helped me recover fully and feel better than I have in the last 5 years. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone with anxiety and PTSD.

Absolutely first class , I found Greg to be very approachable. He gave advice and tips to help me process a lot of my issues which had been bothering me over the last few years. His guidance and suggestions help me reflect on how to deal with everything that was affecting me and using simple tools like Dearman in helping me accepting what had happened. I would highly recommend 5 stars. Thank you Greg.

I refused to see a therapist for a number of years because I thought I could work through my issues on my own. I came to Greg having already been advised what kind of treatment I required. It became clear that in fact I needed something different. Greg immediately switched it up and I got maximum benefit out of every session. He matched my casual and unstuffy manner to make me feel at ease whilst still remaining an absolute professional. He made therapy as painless as it possibly could be and I have never felt better.

Greg is a terrific therapist and our work together exceeded all my expectations. He has a great setup just next to the Lowry but it's once you're in the room that the magic happens; he is a listener par excellence and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the word go. Over the weeks he expertly helped me progress, never letting me slack off or give up but never making me feel like he was cutting me off or disregarding my ideas. Together we were able to work through a tangle of thoughts and issues that I'd been struggling with for many years and in a very short time made huge progress. Definitely the best investment I've made in a long time and I feel much more confident moving forward with my life knowing that another session with Greg is only a few clicks away. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

I’ve been working with Greg for the past six months or so, and the process I’ve made since my first session has been phenomenal. He has taught me a huge range of coping mechanisms, helped me better understand myself and worked through a variety of traumatic experiences in my life. I’d leave every session having learnt something and always felt comfortable when discussing hard hitting topics, despite never having worked with a male therapist before. I can honestly say that Greg has been an absolute blessing and I will forever be grateful for what we have worked on together. I highly recommend him as a therapist and will always sing his praises when talking about my recovery. Thanks for everything, Greg!

Honestly feel as though Greg has saved my life. I am a completely different person than I was when we had our first session and have definitely changed for the better. Sad to have just finished my last session but feeling proud of my progress too thanks to him. Would definitely recommend!

The support with which I was provided by Quest Psychology Services was outstanding. During my initial sessions, Greg was welcoming and understanding, and took an exceptional amount of time to listen to me. Over time, Greg showed that he had truly taken the time to reflect on our sessions, speaking to me on very personal levels and knowing exactly how to best communicate with me. His calming demeanour, and the ease at which he responded to challenges with solutions, significantly accelerated my recovery and development. Thank you Greg, for your support and guidance throughout.

Greg has been a life saver. I was in a really low place having experienced a lot of trauma following domestic abuse, betrayal and an awful divorce process and I’m so glad my work referred me to Greg. The work that we have done have helped pull me out of despair and to reframe some of the issues I was struggling with. I was off work as a result and now I am functioning much better, I am back at work, I am coping with life. Greg used different techniques with me and I am in a much better place now as a result of this work. And I enjoyed doing it. He is easy to talk to and I really felt like he understood me and the problems I faced.
