Took my car here to have my brake pads done after a recommendation. Garage offered my a range of pads from budget to high end and fitting costs were extremely reasonable. Work was done quickly and no issues since it was carried out. Excellent service all round. Will certainly be using their services again.
One of the best garages around. Had an e92 that had to be diagnosed for a misfire. Had it diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours. Have been continuously using them since. Highly recommended.
Following a terrible review from a friend, I have cancelled my MOT booking with this garage. It is disappointing to see such poor communication and disregard for customers. A business should always inform customers before making any decisions about their vehicle. Very unprofessional and definitely not worth booking with.
It’s a shame I have to give one star. I would give none if that was an option. This garage has really let me down. I specifically asked them to call me if there were any issues with the MOT. Instead they failed the MOT without telling me anything. I had to chase them myself to find out if my car was ready. I have known them for a few years and I never expected to be treated like this. I will not be coming back and they have now lost multiple customers because of this experience. They need to improve how they communicate with people and stick to what they say.
Bill and Colin and their team are excellent. They have diagnosed complex issues on my friends and family German vehicles as they have the diagnostic equipment to do so. One issue went to 3 other garages and had £1100 spent on parts but the issue prevailed. Took it to Goodmayes Technics Autos and Colin within 5 minutes pointed to a minor air leak from a hose intake to the Mass Airflow Meter. Parts ordered and fitted. Problem solved. They are very busy so call to book in advance. One benefit is that if you have a tyre issue at MOT they supply and fit Tyres on Premises. Saves going elsewhere and coming back for a re-test. Can't fault them for professional service, friendliness, prices and honesty. Will use them and will recommend them without hesitation. Give them a go yourself.

This is the best vehicle repair shop in town friendly staff I've been coming here for over 10 years they explain everything in full description. The gentlemen on the reception desk has brilliant communication skills talking to customers 10/10 Many customers are angry when they fail MOT but its for a very good reason they don't want to play with your life you can crash. The owner is a friendly bald gentlemen that you can have a good laugh with also.
Professional value service. Would recommend. I came in to get my interior car light fixed. Someone quickly checked the problem and provided me with a quote and suggested i should get back in a couple hours. a couple hours later the issue with the light was bigger than expected, and they had to spend more time finding the solution. The car ended up staying overnight, and the early morning the next day i got a call. Car fixed and initial quoted price didn't change. For contect I also looked clueless to anything to do with cars and they didn't use that to bump the prices! honest people.
