Very fast and very nice guys. Called last minute for my MOT check . Didn't even hesitate to offer me a slot. Nice reception room! warm and cosy offered hot beverages while waiting including mint tea.Thank you will be coming back!!!
You may have wealth but no respect for people. Points finger and shouts at me to get out as I was near my car in the workshop after their worker called me over there. Then says “it’s my unit so I can point my finger to whoever I want” Mad thing to say. Be humble just coz u got a business don’t mean u can chat to people with disrespect. Manners is free. Go Learn it.
The worst experience ever! First they will tell you a price and after the “job done” higher price! Second job was not done. Car was returned as I gave them! Third, Unprofessional of next level, no decency of having a conversation without being interrupted by calls like you aren’t important when you paid for their time! In summary: If you want your car fixed and not fooled or flash your money down the wc avoid this place. And let’s not talk about the hours you will spend behind them to try to get it sorted which might not even happen as in my case. Lost money a whole day wasted and car not fixed.
Excellent service. They were so kind as to for me in first thing in the morning at 8:30am! Very professional and very honest. Checked my car after I hit it unexpectedly and cleared it within 15 mins. I would highly recommend. It’s hard to find a good mechanic these days !!

Booked my car through servicing stop. They refused to drop the car back even after promising. Held my car for nothing over night for not paying for service that I paid in advance. The guy who took my call hung up on me twice. Then trying to play good cop bad cop when I got there. Please don't go there and stop using servicing stop if they partner with such garages. Absolute nightmare waste of time on web chat with incapable customer service.
I would give zero stars if I could. Booked here via servicing stop for an MOT and full service. Wish I had seen the reviews first as I would of cancelled but they already had my car. Failed my MOT because of excessively leaking shock absorbers and worn tyres. I knew about my tyres but was surprised about my shock absorbers and even more surprised when they quoted me £900 just for the shocks. Told them to bring it back so I could take it elsewhere at which point I was told I’m not allowed to drive my car which I was as I still had a valid MOT and no dangerous fails. When they delivered the car back to me the driver got out of my car and I watched as my car rolled off because he hadn’t put the hand break on and he had to dive back in the car to stop it. I have took it somewhere else and got it retested and according to the new guys my shocks don’t have any oil at all on them so prestige are clearly running a scam. They also didn’t update my service log after the service so now I have no history of that. Who knows if they even looked at it. Absolute scammers, stay away from them.
They will surprise you with a bill beyond what needed, if you refuse, they don’t even touch the car. Expect rudeness and terrible costumer service too. Ah and Dont be intimidated by the receptionist over the phone, it just a kid trying to be prove his masculinity.
Shocking service, very slow at getting any repairs done and even slower at letting you know what's going on. Every time I spoke to someone I got a different story, none of which sounded right so I spoke with a main dealer about the part in question and they confirmed that what this garage was telling me was a pack of lies. Avoid this place like the plague, they'll just rip you off!
