   I'm soooo glad I didn't pay up front! I booked my car in for a service, I've been burned by paying up front before so refused to this time. I was called this morning to be told they would collect my car by 10. Waited home all day and no one came. Trust pilot reviews are so different to Google ones! The complaints are mainly about customer service, which I don't really care about if they do a good job. I have dodged a bullet, I'll tell you that.

   Please trust the reviews and do not use. They are criminals. I don't have time to write out all that happened here but let the following bullet points suffice. For referenc my car was in for mot and full service. - I was called on the day and advised/quoted for - tracking rod changed £367.72 , oil replacement £24.99, brake fluid flush £139.99 and recommended an engine flush and fuel treatment at £100. This is all pre vat. - I called some other garages. They said they'd do the tracking rod for £50 Inc vat, brake fluid they'd take a look at but wouldn't be more than £30, oil shouldn't cost that as part of a service and the treatments were upsell. In fact the other garages were incredulous at what I was quoted. - I went back to servicing stop. Said I just wanted my car back. Initially the operator said I couldn't have my car delivered as it had failed mot. And pressured for the work. I found out this is a lie, it was not a dangerous fail so this was untrue. Ended the call saying they'd 'speak to the garage'. - after this point I could not get through all day. I had my calls cancelled and hung up on. I did not know where my car was and was preparing to call police. - 6pm my car arrives. Guy dropping it had apparently demanded ss release my car as he needed his own which was parked at my place - he worked for the actuall garage. Asked why I didn't go ahead with repairs. I mentioned price. And here's where it gets fun.... According to the guy, and invoice I was later supplied with, The garage was told to only do a basic oil and filter change and mot. Nothing else, no recommendations for flush, oil or anything. And they didn't do what was paid for, the full service! What's more, the garage was going to do the fix for £50. Let that sink in. Under a 7th of the price quoted by ss. With them pocketing the extra 310. So to list the crimes of service: - prices inflated as much as 7x industry standard - upselling for products not required - not doing the task paid for - not responding to calls or complaints - holding my car 'hostage', and pressuring. Everyone involved should be brought to criminal charges. Don't risk it. Would be interested in raising charges if anyone else has something going.

   I submitted this car september 30th for service booking number 1469778, they returned the car to me after taking roughly £900 of my money, it has since been making a scraping screeching metallic sound when i drive, both the phone numbers they provide in their booking emails do not work, their customer support email gets no response and their "live chat customer support" repeatedly times out and i believe may be fake. I have lost my money and have no idea how to get it back I am going to have to take my car to another garage now, please be very careful if you are considering using this company

   I used servicing stop as on the booking they sound great and helpful. They have picked my car up on as booked but car was not return to me until the next day, when previously assured me the car will be return on the same day. Driver who picked up my car was speeding on the way to garage. After service the computer was not reset and oil light was still coming on , contacted customer service several times but no help received at all! Really poor service and I would advise not to use this company! Jolanta

   Stay away from these clowns. Been bitten before by them but (stupidly) thought will give them another try. Absolutely shocking company. This is a shortened version of events. Booked my car for a service. Paid upfront to avoid any delays of my car being returned, but no. Called the garage, they're waiting over 3hrs for Servicing Stop to get back to me to tell me I owe £25.00 for 'Special oil' which I didn't ask for or consulted about. 3 hours!! It's now 5:15pm and I can't get home until this gets resolved. They're holding my car for the sake of £25.00. Won't even go there with the so called list of advisories (car was MOT'd last month, no advisories) Called them to be told 'sorry about the (3hr) delay' & 'just sent you a link so you can pay'. Asked if I can just pay over the phone? No, go via the link. Tried that didn't work. Called them back again, told someone will call me back. Waiting again, called the garage directly and told him I'll pay him directly. No can't do that. Eventually get a call back and guess what, they took the payment over the phone. I will in no way be using this company again. Might save a few £'s but it's not worth the aggro or the fact they are doing their best to rip you off. Hoping the service was actually done! Just glad I didn't book an MOT with them considering their list of advisories that aren't showing up on my MOT I got done last month with Halfords. Shocking!

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My mom arranged a MOT for her car and was originally told £118.90 for a full service unless there were extras which they said they would call up and get approved by my mom.. The total invoice came to £462.47!!! As you can imagine this came as a shock to my mom. When she rang up to query this the man told her extra work needed to be carried out and apparently she already approved this? Why on earth would anyone agree to have more work done if it were to cost that much!? Anyway the man she spoke to agreed to take the pollen filter cost off the bill as a "good will gesture" my mom agreed to pay as she is disabled and relies on her car and panicked thinking she wouldn't get it back. My partner is a qualified mechanic so be decided to ring the garage who carried out the work. The man from the garage told him the pollen filters were not even fitted and gave us a total price of what they would charge which was around £200. It just shows how much extra they put onto things. It's ridiculous! He then rang the company to query the price. The man he spoke too was extremely rude and unhelpful. He basically said he told my mom of all the extras and she approved them all over the phone? LIES. He also said he told my mom the pollen filters were never fitted. Again another lie. How can anyone possible charge over £400 for a full service!? I have also put in a complaint and requested to be contacted regarding this issue... a month later and still nothing. Clearly ignoring all my emails. This company is absolutely disgusting taking advantage of vulnerable people. You should honestly be shut down. If you read through all the other reviews you'll see they do this on a regular basis. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!

   I booked my car in for service and MOT as servicing stop offered a competitive price for those. Collection goes fine, but then I get a call saying my car has failed it’s MOT, which I was surprised by. They told me it would be around £550 to make the repairs needed to pass my MOT, and offered lots of extras that came up to nearly £850. I asked for my car back and took it to Kwik Fit instead. The only thing I needed (which wasn’t mentioned by these con artists) was new windscreen wipers. Which cost me £30 all together if you’re wondering. I’ve noticed a lot of people in the complaints reporting the same over pricing, but also the same faults that failed their MOT. Do not use this garage.
