He fitted it in from when I called earlier in morning. I arrived he already had a mechanic lined up to do the job who was Jamie he did the job quickly. Thanks Auto centre

   I personally had a disappointing experience at the Halfords Autocentre in Tonbridge. Mechanics are not knowledge I didn’t feel the service was friendly, and I left with the impression that my car’s issues weren’t clearly explained. The mechanics appear to lack sufficient knowledge and are only performing basic tick-box tasks. Mechanics should be able to look beyond routine checks and properly explain the car’s issues to customers.”Based on my visit, I’d prefer to try a different garage next time.”

   Best service for my car and customer care! Went in yesterday to have my newly purchased (used) car looked at and Adam was extremely helpful running a diagnostics on it. He also topped up the coolant and advised what do do about my headlight. Even gave us some hot chocolate while we waited. Left feeling a more confident driver

   OK. Not ecstatic that the slot you book is explained as the 'drop off time' not the time work starts when you arrive. This makes no sense. 2 hours to change 4 tyres is not great. There were earlier slots available....if I'd known.....

   Had something wrong with my radio went in for a check to see what they could do and the Assistant manager Samir was amazing he tried multiple things to see what the problem might be and was very helpful and polite and in the end he managed to fix the problem for me definitely would recommend and use them again.

   Avoid..particulalry for the MOT. Cancelled once, rebooked for a later date before Xmas. A day before they called me saying your car will not pass MOT and gave me a long list of defects and associated costs (more than cars worth). So, I took it to another garage and passed by fixing 2 minor items. It was clear that they didn't want to do the job (free membership mot) due to their busy schedule. I will cancell my premium memberhip immediately..

   Totally unreliable! Cancelled MOT twice, refund still not processed. Staff very unhelpful and frankly quite rude! I would not recommend. Nice and well to advertise their motoring club can't even be used. Outraged
