Great experience from the day we visited the showroom. Our requirements were all incorporated into the design. They were able to arrange a date suitable for us for the fitting which was very good. Danny the kitchen fitter was excellent, polite and considerate. As were the plumber and electrician. The result is a fantastic warm kitchen with plenty of storage space. Would definitely recommend this Company.
We recently purchased a Kitchen from Create Kitchens and Bedrooms. Amran the owner was great throughout, helped us with choosing several designs, offered his insights and expertise, made sure we got the kitchen we wanted and it is great. Jay was also great in the process, providing updates on designs and regular updates with the kitchen design and installation. The whole process was streamline and smooth. Regular updates were provided and any questions were quickly answered. We also asked for specific designs which were provided at a high standard. Create Kitchens and Bedrooms have a great standard for kitchen installations. I cannot recommend the business enough. The price was great and the standard was top notch! They even installed an outside tap for us without charge. We cannot wait to put our finishing touches to the kitchen. Thank you Create Kitchens and Amran.
Had the new kitchen drawn by Saj in the showroom, came out to confirm spacing and measured areas, units delivered, minor tweaks required but actioned straight away, had the Kitchen fitted by Gary Marshall, well pleased with units and fitting, I would recommend.
Ordered 3 wardrobes from this company back in November was blown away with how professional the company looked at the start but how wrong that would turn out to be. The wardrobe glass came scratched so had to get the changed and replaced which took 2 months to sort which came back with my partners name written on the side unable to clean off. Paid extra for a light in one wardrobe which has never been fitted or infact spoke to an electrician about. No screw caps were provided. They are meant to have soft close feature but they aren't working how I expect them to. When you try and contact them to find out when they will get it sorted no response or communication. I would give a 0 star if I could.
They do not want to know you after they have your money stay away from them. They wow you with the fancy sales room. Tried to fob us off with some cheap appliances event though we paid for the more expensive ones. Overall really bad customer care after they have your cash. Please do not use. Poor workmanship, poor after care. Do not pay up until you are 100%satisfied because once you do thats it, you are dead to them. After this review the called and assures me this would get sorted(as previously said dozens of times) funnily enough still no sign of anyone. Please please read the other reviews, lots of reviews saying very similar to me.
We have just had the kitchen fitted and could not be more delighted with it. Amran planned it perfectly, and he and Claire coordinated all of the workmen like clockwork. Obviously we had delays due to Covid19, as did everyone, but we were happy with the time scale. We had a few issues along the way which were all dealt with really quickly. Overall the quality is wonderful, and the price we paid was far more reasonable than the large chain we had previously ordered from. Thanks to all of your team.
Create have just finished installing my kitchen this week, the level of detail that go into their kitchens are immense. The sales people were not pushy and their showroom is fantastic, will recommend them to all my family and friends.
