   I went to see Ian with painful, swollen knees from cycling. He listened carefully, quickly understood what the problem was and explained really clearly why he thought it had developed. After a few weeks of exercises and treatment my knee is great and I can get back on my bike. I would highly recommend Ian.

   Ian very accurately diagnosed what happened to the injury and easily detect the source of the pain. During the session he was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He use an APP to demonstrate exercise plans for me to do at home and advise on what to do and what not to do. Highly recommended Ian.

   My teenage daughter dislocated her knee cap and damaged her ACL. She is a keen dancer who would like to have a career in dance, so it was imperative that she had a good physio programme to aid her recovery. Her injury occurred just before the Covid19 lockdown, and so all sessions bar one, were done online. Ian was a great support to her (and to me!) and was reassuring and positive while making sure she was working hard at making her knee and the area around it stronger. The online sessions worked well and Ian would email us with with a different programme each week, tailored to her needs. Although my daughter’s injury has now fully healed, Ian also gave her good advice on injury prevention and set her an ongoing programme in this regard. My daughter’s recovery has been incredible and I would highly recommend Ian.
