   Have now come to this garage for the past 3 years for any works that is needed and MOT's. This is by far the best garage in Chelmsford with knowledgeable staff, Alan and his wife are always polite and friendly and they dont feel the need to charge silly amounts. This is the reason why this Garage is always fully booked and is hard to get an appointment. I would sooner wait a few weeks than take it to any other garages. Thankyou, may you all have a good christmas and great new year!

   These guys are amazing! I had a problem with one of my wheels getting really hot. Phoned them up and took it in first thing even though they were really busy, they still looked at it for me and managed to diagnose and fix the issue all by 2pm! Would highly recommend, excellent service from a trustworthy and reliable garage! Thanks so much!

   Have used them twice now, once for an MOT and then a service, they'll be my first choice from now on as I got the impression that they're there to provide a genuine service rather than screw every last £ out of anyone. They're busy (for good reason!) so I'd advise getting anything you need done booked in early.

   So pleased to have found an honest garage! I phoned up and said I need a new screen wash pump and the mechanic said it could just be a fuse, bring it down and we’ll have a look. Turns out it was just a fuse. All sorted in less than 5 minutes and for a few pounds. They could’ve just taken my money for a pump and I’d have been non the wiser. Will now be using them for all my car maintenance!

   Came away from dealership servicing recently and these guys will certainly be my go to from now on. They're lovely honest guys and helped me out with a few queries I had and a few extra tiny niggles I had with my car. After mentioning them to a few colleagues, they too also said they had good experiences with trinity for many years. Whilst not the cheapest, their prices are still very reasonable and in my opinion it's worth paying that little bit extra for someone whose going to do a proper and honest job
