   My wife Safeena always books in with Dr Bhavik Patel, and it’s safe to say he’s one of the best dentists she’s ever had. He has a professional, friendly and genuinely positive demeanour, and he’s always accommodating no matter the situation. She has been with him for over 10 years now, and even though we come from London to see him, it’s absolutely worth the journey every single time. The level of care, consistency and trust he provides is unmatched. Highly recommended.

   Just had my bridge fitted by Huma Reshmi, very happy man, Huma has always been kind and informative when ever I have seen her, wether it is for check up or work, would highly recommend, plus the dental practice is a nice clean place and good size waiting area, reception staff pleasant and helpful.

   Harman has been amazing with my continuous treatment in the last 6months. I lost a took due to poor treatment from a previous dentist however Harman have given me a reason to smile again.    My father recently had a broken tooth removed by Dr. Huma, and we couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and care. She is incredibly friendly and patient, always taking the time to make sure my dad feels comfortable and fully understands what’s happening, which means a lot, as he is partially deaf and partially sighted. Dr. Huma goes above and beyond to explain every step of the treatment clearly and gently, ensuring he feels reassured throughout. She also takes exceptional care to prevent any pain or discomfort, which made the whole experience much easier for him. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such skill, empathy, and genuine kindness. We’re very grateful for her thoughtful approach and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dentist.

   I have to say that this time around I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I paid for an assessment and to have some lab work done. I was told I would be contacted. It has been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing l. Tried chasing and I keep getting fobbed off. You have my money yet you are failing to fulfil your end of the service. Why am I still chasing you. I expect an update immediately . Two weeks is just not good enough with miscommunication.

   After almost 18 months of my last visit at Dentalcare Langley due to previous bad experience, I found the whole setup has been transformed. New chairs, new and pleasant receptionists, especially the new hygienist (Mariam Memon) and dentist (Kuljit Grewal). They are just a breath of fresh air. Hope they stay much longer this time, as previous ones who’d only come and go as a stop off don’t have much customers care mindset. The clinic management should aim to keep the good employees working there.

   I can’t praise this surgery enough. My four year old has ASD. Five attempts to get him in for his first ever check up were made before today. Three of those were just attempts to get him through the front door. The staff on reception really do go above and beyond. They did their absolute best to make him happy and comfortable. Rearranging and even appointment making for the very same day weren’t too much for them. The Drs were equally so patient and caring towards him. It took a long time but we finally got there. Once my son had his checkup we faced another issue. Getting him to leave. They made it such an enjoyable experience for him he just didn’t want to go. According to him we’re going back tomorrow too.

   If I could select lower than 1 star, I would. From the most incompetent receptionists who keep you on hold for 30 minutes only to not even answer the call. To the ‘hygienist’ not picking up the need for my sister to have a filling. She went for an appointment here prior to starting Invisalign treatment elsewhere, where she was asked how a hygienest could miss such a thing! I have been coming here for years & it’s seemingly gone downhill. The only dentist worth visiting here- who it’s incredibly difficult to get an appointment with is Alex. I’ve been given appointments with others who have been unable to treat me & was put under a wait list for referral. I’ve called many times for an update, when the receptionist decided to finally answer, I was told I’d have to await a call back. It’s been 2 weeks with radio silence & unable to get through to anyone once again. You are better off visiting elsewhere & paying those who take care in providing appropriate treatment.

   Paid £65 for 30 minutes for the Hygienist, 10 Minutes waiting to be seen and another 5 Minutes on questions from the Hygienist. Basically paid £65 for 15 minutes app. The job was done quickly and badly, very unprofessional. Still waiting for the manager to call me back regarding my complaint.
